Excellent Italian

We went for a Saturday night dinner and I was pleased to see a full liquor bar. I ordered my Kettle one Martini with Blue cheese stuffed olives (up charge of $1.50 for 2). The glass sightly larger that some other local restaurants. My wife had the house cab which she really enjoyed. The... read more

For 3 years we enjoyed this fine restaurant located at Royal Palm Point. However, the warm cozy atmosphere & excellent service have disappeared upon their move to the Miracle Mile. Cuisine is now good as opposed to the previous excellent and servers and management have adopted an attitude of arrogance toward their diners. As a party of 4 our meals... More

Since the appetizers were so enticing, the three of us decided to share: Broccoli di Rabe, and Calamaretti Amalfi with fried calamari / cherry peppers / cannelloni beans / garlic / lemon / white wine (we had never seen calamari prepared in this way and LOVED IT). We also ordered the delicious Insalata di Rucola (arugula). The restaurant is located... More

Always wonderful food and service. There are not many places you can get really good italian food in Florida. Amalfi Grille is one of those few places. The owner and head chef are both New Haven transplants and their connection to the Amalfi coast of Italy shows in everything from the name to the menu and the decor. The waitstaff... More

The family and I enjoyed a Sunday Dinner at the Amalfi Grille. We were seated quickly and the service was quick, friendly and efficient. The salads (Beet Salad, Side Caesar and Mozzarella Burratta) were all terrific with the Beet Salad large enough to qualify as an entree all by itself. Our entrees were equally as large with the Cavatelli Bolognese... More

The AG had been our favorite Vero restaurant until last year when we experienced a number of consecutive disappointments. But we decided to give it one last try ... and are delighted we did. The table service has always been exceptional and remains so Their pasta dishes consistently deliver exceptional quality -- always served piping hot. A nice touch is... More

After hearing many good things from other people about Amalfi my son and I decided to check it out. We were casually dressed but since they're located in a strip mall next door to a dive shop we really didn't think that would matter but we were probably wrong. They seated us in the bar because that was "all they... More

From appetizers to entrees you will be very happy!! Calamari is pan seared (tender) with peppers (no heavy breading) artichoke hearts (appetizer) excellent - house salad with citrus dressing (refreshing) - veal parmesan (husbands favorite - he's Italian - very tender - large portion) - will spice up sauce to your liking - chicken dish with artichoke hearts and sun-dried... Lovely traditional Italian with a very Cosey atmosphere despite the strip mall setting. Huge portions of very well prepared Italian food nice wine list great specials end less selection of desserts and prices are reasonable. Will definitely go back when in vero
