Excellent meal beautifully presented by a very attentive staff. Not cheap, but not your ordinary local italian restaurant either. Either go off season or early in the evening to avoid the crowds. The acoustic can be overwhelming. We hope that they find a way to lower the noise level.

This is my "special" place - my choice for birthdays and any other reason to celebrate. The staff is welcoming and the food is fresh and homemade. I personally select whatever the fish of the day is and then ask it be prepared "Mediterranean" with olives, onions and tomatoes - yummm! Wine choice are good and staff will help you... More

Scampi Grill is a pleasant getaway from the ordinary restaurants in Vero Beach. The dining room has a very intimate feel and isn't too big or too small. The food is amazing and full of flavor and the staff goes above and beyond. Reservations are recommended. Try it once and you'll go back again!

I bring my family here every time we are in Vero Beach. The Restaurant is fairly small, tables are a little too close together for my liking, the interior is over decorated, and the buildings exterior appearance leaves a bit to be desired. However...I believe these qualities add to its overall "charm", and I wouldn't change a thing. Most importantly,... More

This was our first visit, and definitely not our last. The food was out of this world, and was only topped by the service. The special that night was the grouper, and I never had a more delicate, tastier fish. My wife had the ravioli in a roasted garlic and sage butter sauce that was also superb. We were invited... The food was good but not exceptional. Without garlic I don't think this restaurant would be in the top twenty. Inside the atmosphere was crowded and noisy, with a cluttered decor, and with too many tables. On the patio it was pleasant except that its next to US 1, and the noise from fast traffic, and loud cars and motorcycles... More

My husband and I went here while we were on our honeymoon in Vero Beach! The food was best food we have had since we have been here and the service was even better. Cindy, our server, gave great recommendations for food and dessert and had A++ customer service! We would recommend it to anyone...especially the chocolate cake!

This is one of the most amazing restaurants we have found in Vero Beach. The food is exceptional! The staff is attentive, but not overbearing! The best part was picking out a hand- painted tie created by the owner of the restaurant . The owner, Mimmo is a creative, high spirited entrepreneur and artist! Thank you for the memorable evening!

The food was very very good and the service impeccable. It is a dark romantic "mom and pop" family run italian focused restaurant with a leaning to the ocean. We enjoyed it and would return in a heartbeat. It is a little difficult to find between two major roads. but well worth the trouble. EXCELLENT !

My wife and I actually searched Trip Advisor for a place to eat and found Scampi Grill. We had been nearby at the First Friday art walk, and went in without reservations. We were seated on the patio, and were promptly greeted by our server, Samantha, with a cheerful smile and a attentive service. We opted for glasses of the... More
