I found this place by chance one day and I fell in love with it! The couple who run the place are lovely and food is great. The reason I keep going back is for their smoothies which are brilliant!

Met 2 friends from Sebastian here for lunch. Upon entering we were greeted by a pleasant counter girl who directed us to the menus. We grabbed a table inside as the place was filling up quickly. After deciding we proceeded to the counter and and placed our orders. We were given drink cups for self service and returned to our... More

A local breakfast/lunch spot in downtown Vero, Barefoot Cafe has reliably delicious food, generous portions, and friendly, personal service. While the regular menu offers plenty of options to choose from, they also have a daily special. They'll gladly make things off-menu if they're able, or change/substitute, to accommodate tastes and dietary restrictions. The owners are also working there daily and... More

the place is a hole in the wall with only one outdoor table. However, what they serve more than compensates for, this. On a recent visit, I tried a breakfast wrap, with baked eggs, peppers and pepper jack cheese . The eggs were smooth but not runny and the cheese was perfectly melted. the coffee is not great but there is... More

The Cajun chicken wrap was recommended to us by one of the employees but its not worth it & its not very good. My husband ate the chicken & didn't eat the breading-had trouble eating the chicken. I had the Bermuda triangle salad & it was just fair. My husband said this place is rated too high.

The couple times I've been here (when they're actually open), the food hasn't been all that bad... But they close at 3:00 everyday, which is a major pain. It's also VERY tiny inside with limited seating and the customer service isn't that personal or good at all... Which is almost a necessity for a mom'n'pop type of place to stay... More

Steve and Lisa know how to run a restaurant. Everyone is friendly, always smiling and take an interest in their diners. I enter and someone hands me a glass for the self serve bottomless soda machine knowing that will be my drink of choice. All food is made before your eyes and a wrap sandwich is big enough for lunch... More

Traveling to Vero Beach for business and ate here with those meeting with. Great local restaurant. I had a blueberry banana smoothie and a vegetarian panini-style wrap. Very yummy and I would definitely come again when I travel to Vero Beach. I can see why the locals frequent here often.

The sandwiches are great and the people are friendly. I've tried several of their sandwiches and they are all excellent. Large portions so you can share or talk a doggy bag.

This no doubt is the best small cafe in Vero Beach......where you can sit outside and inside and in a small courtyard. The food is original and prepared on the spot with things you just don't see on Florida menus like a Wrapped Ruben and Shrimp Po-Boy......yummy is an understatement!
