My mom has been going here for more than 20 years. The staff all know her, and treat her well when she visits, and by extension they treat me well. The breakfast is excellent. Eggs, bacon, toast, grits, sausage gravy, pancakes - all delicious. My friend had the sweet potato pancakes, which were out of this world.

We really should have left Patches within minutes of entering. The waitress was making coughing and sneezing noises which she sort of apologized for by saying that it was an allergy. That may be so but it was inexcusable for her to sneeze into her hand more than once. GROSS! As for the food, we both had a Western omelette.... More

My husband's grandparents are regulars at Patches and it's always a treat when we go with them during our visits. The food is delicious, the service is fast and friendly, and the customers all seem to know each other. I highly recommend dining here!

The last time I was there the food was horrible, the cook had a dangling cigarette in his mouth and the smell from the nearby sewer treatment plant was all too much. I won't be back-ever.

Don't expect 5* service, because you don't deserve it at Patches. If you want real food, served up big and strong, the way Mom used to make it, then go to Patches. The same servers have been there for 75 years, and nothing has changed. Which is good. Total locals spot, with ambience from the 60s that they better NEVER... More

Make sure you go here during non peak hours, or parking can be troublesome. Food is great, Can tell this is a proudly owned family business

We overheard two old guys talking about where they went for breakfast every day - Patches. Eggs over medium done perfectly, good coffee, waitresses who aren't fooling around.

Food was excellent and hot with little wait time. Broccoli and cheese soup was amazing. Definitely worth the visit.

Though the breakfast specials last only until 11 a.m. you can order breakfast all day. And the prices are so reasonable that you don't need a special here. Four of us arrived just before noon and were seated right away. Service was fast and friendly. Decor is kind of homey, nothing fancy. We didn't bother to look at anything except... More
