YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WILL GET

This is by far the BEST Mexican food in the Venice / Sarasota area, in my opinion. Being from California I have some knowledge of good Mexican food. You know what to expect when you eat here. Service is fast and friendly, food is hot and tasty and prices are fair. All in all this is a good place... read more

My wife and I stopped in during a recent 4 day vacation to the Venice area. We've eaten at a lot of Mexican places, and this seemed like a fairly typical one in terms of menu, ambiance, etc. Nothing about it really stood out, but that can be a good thing. If you want some decent Mexican food, from our... More

Visited with a large group of three families approximately 12 people . Staff was very accommodating to our group. The restaurant has a beautiful courtyard. They make a fairly good margarita. Very attentive service. Food was average not very well seasoned or flavorful. Typical menu choices. Best item was the tableside guacamole presentation. Could have used a little hot sauce... More

There are four Mexican restaurants in Venice and Mi Puebla survives, actually thrives, because it is the best of a sorry lot..The Midwesterners and Canadians that winter in Venice pack the place. It wouldn't survive a week in Texas, Arizona or New Mexico..Where else can you get two premium beers and dinner for $25 including tip?..The enchiladas are dry and tasteless... This is my daughter's favorite place to eat when we go to Venice. The food is very good, the service is excellent and the prices are average. We had a party of 5. It was during the Spring Break season, so I wasn't surprised that the wait was around 45 minutes to an hour. There is ample seating outside in... More

We think it is the best Mexican food in the Venice area. The margaritas are delicious and the table side guacamole is a nice touch. Priced very reasonably. The staff hustles and provides good friendly service.

Pretty much a typical Mexican casual sit down Restaurant. Good Margaritas, basic burritos, tacos, etc. Good, but not great. Probable the best Mexican in Venice, which is not known for Mexican.

Heading down to Bonita Springs, we stopped in Venice, Florida for a snack. Found a nice little place that has great outdoor seating and the food was good. The staff was nice and we enjoyed our brief stop that day. Nothing to write home about, but a nice stop.
