touristy, but friendly

It's like a mix of old and new, I think they're accommodating different crowds, depending on seasons. The furniture and décor is old, the food options were DELICIOUS. I had Mahi Mahi Taco Taco, absolutely yummo. No changing table for my kiddo in the small, singlet bathroom upstairs inside. I had... read more

They said that they couldn't. Wished they would have told us that ahead of time. Then they brought the... More

Great location for eating, beverages and view. Right off the pier and the sand. Menu features fresh seafood. Calamari was cooked tender with just a light crisp flour coating. We had the cedar plank fish trio with lobster sauce. Fish were cooked perfect, and sauce was not overpowering, letting fish shine through. Nice frozen drinks and cold beer. Service was very good,... More

I was disappointed with the "Gulf Mix" - $27. The broiled seafood was rubbery. But the location, atmosphere, family-friendliness, was excellent. The crab stuffed mushrooms were delicious! It was too expensive for even one seafood dish to taste like it wasn't quite cooked right though.

Another family dinner. Goods relaxed and energetic atmosphere. Service was very good. Appetizer was very good, it was a sampler. Dinners varied from salads to dinner specials. Fish and chips were great. Blackened grouper was great.

Anyone who visits Venice must eventually find their way too, or be told to visit Sharkys on the beach. The Location is awsome and the food is second to none. Wether you want to enjoy a meal in the "Deck Bar" or go for a full meal in the bust restraunt you will not be dissapointed. You must try the... More

They serve a nice size shrimp and look beautiful on the plate but all 3 of us felt they were over cooked and rubbery. I tried the scampi, grilled, peel n eat, and fried. By far the fried was the best. My son had an appetizer that had grouper nuggets, fried shrimp and onion rings as his meal. His food... More

We've been there several times and it is always the same. The location if perfect. As usual, there is always a wait, because the place is popular. The drinks are good, but expensive. The food is OK. The food is your standard breaded fish with some steaks and chicken. Our waitress was excellent. It is never a memorable dining experience.... More

Combative hostesses, indifferent waitresses, poor communication which cause confusion, never got to eat.
