Wine and dinner prix fix was very good

Our group of six were very well received. The five course dinner - each course served with a different wine - was quite good. Between each course, a brief talk on the wine to be served. More than enough of everything. For $60/person tax included it was a great deal.

We had friends visiting- native French- and decided to sample several of the French restaurants in the area. We went to LePetit Bistrot for dinner. We sat upstairs which felt cozy and inviting and quieter than downstairs. We were all happy with our appetizers and entrees. It was a special meal and we highly recommend. Our French friends gave it... More

My wife and I having lived and worked in France for 10 years found this restaurant to be authentic and a pleasure to eat at. To my American Friends it is not a burger joint so don't expect your plate to be overflowing with food. I have read some of the adverse comments, most of which are uncalled for. The... More

Just got back from our third dinner at Le Petit Bistrot. If anything this meal was the best- appetizers, main course, dessert, espresso- all excellent. Particular standouts- the creamed spinach with the scallops. Dressing with the Ceasar salad very nice- a mustard, horseradish tang. Crepes very tender. Our waiter was friendly and most accommodating. We'll be back on our next... More

Does not cut it. I would give it a one star if not for the fact that they took back the curdled cream and $4.00 coffee. A very small piece of what they call "French Toast" cost $7.00. Tiny bit maybe about an inch without anything else on the plate. I left most of it on the plate because it... More

We found the La Petite Bistrot on Trip advisor and decided at 4.5 stars it would really be worth a try. Having had a fantastic Buckwheat crepe lunch we decided to come back for dinner the next night. What a difference. Four and a half went to less than one in a hurry. The Duck L’Orange I swear came out... More

Sir, we've never made anything from a can and we don't serve any food in airline dish at Le Petit Bistrot! The thing is that we also had lot of people who absolutely loved the duck that very same night so where does your point of view stand? We know we cannot please everybody. Sir, you don't know us and... More

We have taken friends and family to the Petit Bistrot three times in the last couple weeks. In general the meals have been excellent. See tips. The restaurant is operated by a couple from Bordeaux, France. The French onion soup was described by one of our party as the best she had ever had, and she has been to France... More

We had lunch at Le Petit Bistro on February 19th. We should have known when it was not full on cold day something was wrong. We were seated promptly on the second level. We quickly realized something was wrong when the couple beside us said they had been waiting a long time to even get their drinks and then the... More

The four of us enjoyed great sandwiches in a cozy atmosphere on a cool day. Staff was friendly, wine was a bit pricey.
