We have experienced evening dining at the Bonefish Grill twice in the past six weeks and each time with groups ... first 4 then 8. The personnel are so friendly and extremely accommodating. We have not experienced that level of attention very often. The food was excellent and each time, everyone raved about their meal. Highly recommended!

Different than the thousands of "Chain Restaurants". I've been to a lot of Bonefish grills, Outbacks and Carabbas. The Venice Location stands heads and shoulders above. Their management and wait staff obviously is vested in the service. Top notch @

The food was poor. My rice was mushy. My drink was small for 8$ and consisted mostley of ice. When I complained about the mushy rice the server did not care. I will not eat there again.

We have eaten at this restaurant four or five times and always enjoyed the food. It is fresh and hot and we feel, good value for money. The other positive is you can make a reservation which, in season, is invaluable. The negatives are, unless you are in a booth the seating arrangement is noisy and the tables very close together.... Bonefish is a great addition to the local restaurant scene, which doesn't offer much in upscale dining. It's a chain restaurant, but it's much better than most fish restaurants, which rely on frying everything. It's a noisy, crowded place, so make a reservation and be prepared to wait.

Bang-bang shrimp was a gooey mess. Could have gotten better at the frozen food section at the grocery store. Shrimp and Scallop dinner was missing the shrimp (we had everything to go, so didn't discover until we got home) and had a whopping total of three, count 'em, three scallops. The salad which was $8 or $9.00 covered maybe one/fourth... More

Called from across the street as we drove by and asked how long a wait. Was told 15 to 20 minutes. They do take reservations, but there next reservation was 8:30 and it was 5:45. Got there within 5 minutes, put in our name and told 20 minutes. OK. It looked like we were third on the list. After 30... More

We dined there last evening and sat on the patio which is much quieter than the bustling restaurant. There is often a wait of 30 - 45 minutes and we had been warned of this prior to our decision to go here. A wait is a sign of a good restaurant and the food did not disappoint although be warned,... Bonefish Grill is similar to Carraba's in a good way. Both use fresh spices and herbs and other rich flavored ingredients like goat cheese. As my husband says, Bonefish grill has the "wow" taste factor. We have been to Bonefish Grill in Venice a couple of times. We've usually go on Wednesdays when our favorite appetizer, the Bang Bang Shrimp,... More
