Love Authentic New England seafood. Then A Bit of Boston is the place to be. Come on in and see why customers travel all the way from Ft Myers just to have a bowl of our New England Clam Chowder. Lobster rolls, Large Premium "Sea" Scallops, Crab Cakes made with mix we have shipped in from "Rhode Island". Even our Hot dogs are served on a fresh New England style roll. Have a craving for Whole Belly Clams, oh yes, they are from "Ipswich". We believe in fresh authentic food. Over the years we have had requests for other regional foods. So we have added a few like our Philly Cheese-steak. Anyone that knows anything about a real Philly Cheese-steak knows it must be served on an Amoroso roll. That's right we have Fresh Amoroso Bakery rolls shipped in. Last but not least we serve a good old NY style Fish Fry....Stop by ..Give us a try..We promise..You will be a regular...

Hops seafood at reasonable prices

The atmosphere is very casual and the food is very good. The A service is friendly but not fast. If typy Haber time is a great casual meal. Try the lobster bisque, one of the best around.

We stopped by after shopping in the area. I had fried fish which was good. My husband had the special which was a special shrimp. He said it was good, not great. The service was slow and the restaraunt was not busy, but seemed to be winding down after a busy evening. We would probably go elsewhere in the future... More

Nothing fancy here, but you'll find the best New England-style FRESH seafood at this little restaurant. The clam chowda is to die for. We've always had fantastic food and service here. This dinner is worth every penny.

If you are from New England and want a clam platter just like Maine or Cape Cod or the South Shore, this is the place!

It had been a while since we had been here & were really looking forward to whole belly clams. Even though the price had gone up a couple of dollars, we expected the same quality. Didn't happen! The clams were small but very chewy which leads me to believe that they were either frozen or overcooked. The batter wasn't the... More

Atmosphere is not the big selling point for this modest joint just off the Tamiami Trail. But it's a decent place for coastal New England-style seafood offerings, including fried clams, lobster roll etc. Prices are reasonable.

We are from Boston, had the fish & chips and my hubby had the fried scallops. Came with usual french fries and cole slaw. The batter was OK, not our favorite, kinda a strange after taste, maybe old frying grease? Just wasn't what we get in Boston area for batter. Waitress was alone and serving 5 tables so service was slow.... More

My husband and I were told this place in Venice Florida, not far from us, had the best New England style seafood down here. Having experienced some pretty awful stuff passed off as "New England style", we were skeptical. No problem finding the address with our GPS, but it's a little hole in the wall in a strip mall in...
