There is nothing that I dislike about this place. The chowder was great. Whole belly fried clams made me home sick for N.E. Will certainly go again.

The experience started off slow. We had to wait 15 minutes to put our order in even though it was not overally busy. The service was quick after that. We had the clams. I was not used to having the belly on the strip, so it was interesting. Definitely good though. The fries paired with the fried clams was a... More

We have eaten at or from B-o-B several times over the past several years, usually with good results. Tonight we had the whole clam plate to go. The clams were (almost) as good as the "Clam Box" in Saugus and the onion rings were (almost) as good as Simco by the Bridge in Mattapan. I could taste the North Shore... More

Good place to go for fried seafood. I had the whole belly clams which were so fresh, tender and the best I ever had. No sand; cleaned very well. My husband had the fried shrimp. They were good. We shared a bowl of clam chowder. The chowder had great flavor and creaminess but lacked clams so it was a lot... More

I had heard from several people that this was a good, authentic seafood restaurant. Lets start with the lobster bisque. It had a good flavor but was just pureed sauce. No chunks of lobster to be found. The mussels were small and the sauce had no flavor. Fried oysters reminded me of clam strips. Oysters are oval and whole, not... More

I'm from north of Boston and just got back from a vacation up there and had a terrible craving for fried clams (Boston Style) Went to this restaurant and the clams were fantastic. Nothing is quite as good as being up north and getting it super fresh, but it was very very close and satisfied my craving for Ipswich Whole... More

This restaurant is owned and operated by Gigi, a real new England gal. If you crave NE fried clams, scallops or broiled haddock, this is the place to go. It's a small, out of the way place, but always packed during "season". If your down from new England on vaca or otherwise this is a must eat place to go!

Saw their ad on 7/1 and dined there on 7/2. I can't express how thrilled we are to find a restaurant that serves authentic N.E. seafood. We just moved to Venice and are checking out restaurants and this has the best seafood so far. The place isn't fancy but it was very clean and the staff were warm, friendly and... More

My wife being from MA, had to take her for her fried whole belly clams. She said they were just like back home, I had the Clam Chowder, and probably the best I had ever had. Also had the Haddock, wasn't bad a little bland, would have liked some kind of Sauce or a mango salsa on the side, but... More

I was expecting more of a "chain" restaurant atmosphere but got a wonderfully, quint, typical east coast "no frills" restaurant! LOVE IT! The wait staff looked to be brothers or cousins of all ages, ours being a 12 year old boy who was absolutely ADORABLE! The food is mostly deep fat fried and was "ok" but if you are from... More
