Great Thai food but there is also an American menu. A family run restaurant with a touch of sports bar thrown in. Service is great, our favorite waiter is Terence. Can definitely recommend the calamari and coconut shrimp.

We were excited to try their Thai food. Friendly staff but the dinners were not spicy Thai and it was pricey. $19 for a dinner that was average at best. I couldn't believe when they turned people away at 7:30 pm when there was an NBA final game starting at 8pm. Why do they call themselves a sports bar?

Love this place. Clean and good food with something for all. Thai Food for my wife that she raves about and my usual, twin lobster tails and slaw for me. A place my wife and I can always agree to visit.

Expensive. Sweet and Sour sauce with chicken was good. My husband's volcano chicken was not good. They used frozen fake chicken with grill marks. My child's meal was 8 dollars. It was okay. Their taco salad was good but too much spice for my mother inlaw. All in all it was to expensive for okay food. We won't be back.

We dined here twice during the same week. First time we went with some new friends from Pennsylvania, Wade & Linda, who had raved to us about this place. I'm glad we tried it for ourselves. We ordered the Philly Steak and my wife had lobster. Both meals were exceptionally good, service in this family run operation was very good.... More

This place is so popular and we've been here a lot but I'm starting to go off it. Yes, it's nice to have Thai on the menu and it is good. But portions have diminished while their prices have gone way up. The menu prices at the restaurant were $2 more than on their own website that same day! They... More

Some excellent Thai oriented choices starting with the seafood soups (just the right amount of lemon grass and cilantro as well as generous pieces of sea food). Spring rolls were great starters and any of the traditional Thai dishes were tasty and large portions so we always had something to take home every visit. Wait staff including the bartenders were... I had chicken massaman curry that was wonderful. My husband had a burger. Both were worth the trip. Their menu was varied...something for everyone. Portions were ample, service was great. We were there for lunch.

It doesn't look like you are going to get fantastic Thai food here, but you certainly are. The menu was a good size and offered many different choices. We love spicy food so they accommodated us by pumping it up, plus the food was fresh, beautifully presented and so tasty! They know what they are doing, and every time we... More

With a menu that features a combination of Thai cuisine and American bar food the Sand Trap has something for everyone. Liquor is limited to wine and beer. Staff is friendly and accommodating. A local favorite haunt that fills up early.
