Much more than a beach joint, nicely decorated inside with rich wood and comfortable seating. The outside doesn't match the inside, actually thinking we were going to eat at a "Chili's" type place. Middle Grounds offers an incredible atmosphere along with great food and service. I've found myself going there several times a week and never had a bad meal. Great Martini's, Sea Bass, Steaks , etc... Don't miss the Onion Rings.. they rock. Try it- you'll be glad you did. more

Food here is claiming to be more than it really is: fancy and unusual-sounding descriptions, but in reality quite heavy and greasy fare. A shade over-priced for that you get. Good wines. Service was over-attentiive, with at least 10 checks to see if ewverything was okay. more

This was a very nice restaurant. The service was good, and the food was excellent. We were there in Nov. 2007, and it was not extremely crowded. There is a beautiful salt water tank in the dining room that adds to the romantic atmosphere. more
