I LOVE it here!! You can't get any better then Caddy's. The tables are right on the sand. The view is gorgeous. The food is great, the live music is awesome, the drinks are cold, and yummy. Fun atmosphere, and beautiful sunsets. :-)

I was vacationing on solo at Christmas on Treasure Island, without a car, up the beach from Caddy's. The place is very welcoming and is open great hours. One morning, I stopped in for breakfast after a long walk on the beach; chatted with some locals and had a good breakfast on the sand. Another day, I had lunch and... More

Absolutely the best idea out there! Walk to Caddy's to spend time on the beach and not have to carry chairs and umbrellas. Just bring your towel, sun lotion, and money. The restaurant has amazing food (including breakfast) and a full bar. Lounge chairs, small tables, and umbrellas are free (with a tip), and they even have cabanas....free (with a... More

We love it here, the location cannot be beat! The food and drinks are reasonably priced. It's family friendly, you can sit on the sand, or lounge inside (if you are ordering food). It is always busy and little difficult to park ($5 cash) on the weekends. Caribbean music every other Sunday 1-5pm with Tony Wiley. A variety of live... More

Great place, right on the beach, which we love. Food is pretty good, and decent value. Staff are a bit of a hit and miss. I guess if you get someone pleasant, then you'll have a great experience. However, on a few occasions we've had some apathetic servers, to say the least. Not sure if it's because it was on... More

Great place, great staff, nothing too much trouble and drinks refilled without asking. Great to stop off on a walk down this beautiful beach. Food is lovely and all prices reasonable. Live music made for a holiday atmosphere. Would recommend a visit,

Awesome jazz band, great location, good food, okay service but terrible local drunk guy dragging around a guitar and touching and hugging all the young girls ruined it. Highly inappropriate and apparently goes on every night. One of these servers needs a good a good lawyer and she'll own a great bar.

My husband and I went here because it was recommended by our concierge. The parking is $5 but they give you a $5 voucher to use in the restaurant or bar. We didn't eat, but we drank and then lounged on the complimentary beach chairs in front of the bar. This section of the beach is relaxed, uncrowded, and beautiful.... More

We ate here several nights of our recent vacation. For the most part the service was ok. It was slow at times getting the waitress to get us started. After that it seemed to speed up. The food was excellent. I had the blacked grouper about every night! The seating on the beach was incredible.
