This place is a museum and Tribute to all things University of Florida! Great Food, Great Drinks, Great Service, Friendly and cleaqn place to eaqt and drink.--come during a Gator Game. This whole place is about partying and having fun. If you want to sit in the corner, all morose and negative, with a frown on your face and complain... more

So-so at best. The construction on the bridge doesn't bother me. However I can't say the same for the service. Let alone if you drink mixed drinks don't waste your time. I know bartenders are a dime a dozen but firing one because the make a good drink for a regular isn't asking too much. I guess since the cops... more

It was what we expected, no thrills but the beer and food were good. I would recommend Gators for a casual lunch/early dinner. I liked watching the boats come by (we were there this past weekend for the 4th of July). Our overall experience was good and I would go back if ever in the area. more

My friends and I were on vacation and stopped by here to eat one night (well my friends just wanted to get some drinks, but I hadn't eaten yet). The waitress was a young girl and sickeningly phony. My friends ate up her flirts as they ordered their overpriced beers. I ordered an $8 appetizer called "gator bites," which I... more

Well the view is full of bridge construction barges... It reminded me of college and the frat.. though it was nice to site outside and beer and wings while watching the construction cranes on the river... The place needs a major cleanings.. Oh! and across the river (John's Pass) is a nice looking boardwalk with nice restaurants.. Have to try... more

First, this restaurant is about location. It's situated on John's Pass, right on the water, and advertises itself as having The World's Longest Waterfront Bar (or something like that). Ordinarily, this would allow for spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, but during my most recent visit, barges filled the pass as construcition was being completed on the nearby drawbridge.... more

What a dump! We've heard about this place for years from boating buddies and thought we'd try it. First impression, do they ever clean? So we wander around without being greeted by anyone and end up at the upstairs bar (the only area that initially looked better polished then the rest of the place) Had a fairly decent server, I... more

We must have hit a good night according to some of the other reviews. I had a wonderful meal of fresh fish with a mango salsa. Service was good. The music was fun, very 70s. People were dancing, the whole thing was lots of fun. Price was good. more

The food was okay, and a little on the pricey side. I've been once, and the service was friendly, but VERY SLOW. It was so loud that my husband and I couldn't have a conversation. I like lound music when I'm out dancing, but I was eating and NO ONE was dancing. more
