Was one of very regular stops, especially on Sundays for lunch. Our last visit was not the greatest. Beer was warm, food cold, & the service 1 waitress for 10 tables all sitting within minutes of one another? Must have new Upper Management as this one of old favourites has dramatically lost its appeal. The service is slower, food not... More

We had lunch at Gators and sat outside by the water. Our waiter, Andrew, was a nice guy and helpful with menu and drink selections. Food was tasty and very reasonably priced. We waited a little while for drink refills, but not a big deal. Other than that, service was very good. If in the area again, we will go... More

I have been here many times. The first 2 I arrived via motorboat from the Gulf. We watched the road dep't take forever to rebuild the bridge. Have celebrated a few birthdays here; the last of which a granddaughter turned 17. The meals are good, the service spotty, the view - OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! Watch the water, boats, birds, people, dolphins. The... More

Gators is a HUGE restaurant/bar right on the water. Their menu said they are the largest waterfront restaurant/bar in the world and I can believe it. We both ordered the grouper dinner and it was delicious. It came with cilantro lime rice and it was so incredibly good. We ordered our grouper blackened and the seasoning was delicious. We sat... After running around all day, we headed to Gators for a late snack. Well we were able to sit outside, even though it was late...and we ordered the nachos. HUGE, which the server warned us about. I even tried a new beer... which she described well. they do offer a variety of microbrews as well as "regular" beers. The nachos... More

Every time I come to town I drop in here. Great food and nice view. Come during the week when it's not packed sit back have a beer and order some food. Locals know to eat inside by the windows. Tourist think its cute to feed the sea gulls left over French fries by hand. It's fun to watch but... More

Been to gators many times, our waiter was horrible, I think his name was josh, not sure he never came to the table, took our order and brought drinks (took 15 mins to get) then never came back, another waitress did all of the work and she got a tip, other tables complained about him as well, manager came and... We just got done eating here. Got a veggie burger with mystery sauce that our waitress could not identify. Also gator bites were chewy. All the food was extremely greasy. They did take the veggie burger off the bill. The view is awesome though. So just go for the drinks and view.

Nice view that's the only good thing about this place. The worst food I had since I came to America 20 years ago.We ordered the gator bites and onion rings. and it was really hard to tell which one was worst. The gator bites were tough like rubber from an old car tire and tasteless. The onion rings were just rings... More
