The Cuban sandwiches are authentic, mayo and mustard mixed together before applying.. Then pressed. Quick service! I was in and out in minutes.. The black beans and rice are great! The deviled crabs were a little too tomatoey..

I'm a huge fan of sandwiches, and after being on vacation and eating a ton of seafood, I had a taste for a good Cuban sandwich. This place was so good, I had it twice! Flat pressed bread, awesome flavor-I wish I was back already! I will most certainly eat here again the next time I'm on vacation or in... More

The Floridian has the best Cuban sandwich on this side of the bay. The place is clean, but no frills a block from the beach!

Went there March 16/2014 for the famous Cuban sandwich. Disappointed to say the least. Had a better Cuban at the Sea Hags Restaurant. Ordered the black beans and yellow rice and devil bites on the side. Rice lacked flavour, devil bites were mushy. The restaurant appeared to need a good cleaning as well. For all the hype, I was extremely... More

Don't miss this place. Best sandwiches ever. I had the tuna melt which was big enough for 2 meals and my husband had the Cuban.

I just came back from a lunch at The Floridian and the food was excellent! I had the 12" Cuban and it was enough for two meals. My wife had the Ham and Cheese and a cup of soup and said it was great. We'll definitely be back!

Being from Tampa I know what a good Cuban should taste like and the Floridian certainly meets the mark. Authentic Cuban bread with lots of roasted pork. This is where I bring all my non Florida friends to sample a real Cuban sandwich!

Don't miss the opportunity to grab a delicious Cuban sandwich or their awesome black beans and yellow rice (or do what we did and split the large Cuban and the full plate of rice and beans). I have also heard rave reviews of their soups, plus they are located a short walk away from one of the widest beaches on... More
