Great, authentic cuban sandwich!

Just what I was looking for - an authentic, cuban sandwich - no frills, no fuss, easy in and out - perfect after a day at the beach!

This place rocks! It was only a couple blocks from our beach hotel and we made good use of it. Cuban rice and beans are fabulous, with optional diced onions and some great hot sauce choices. The Floridian soup is very authentic and I grew up in Florida. The cubans were good, though honestly not as good as the beans... More

If you want a great Cuban sandwich you have to go to The Floridian. It is always our first stop when we reach Treasure Island.

We go here several times during the month we are in the area. We love their Cuban sandwich and also the black bean and rice bowl. But the Cuban sandwich is something we cannot get at home so we take advantage of it when we are in Madeira Beach. You can call and order for pickup to go or eat... More

Floridian bean soup very good, black bean soup mediocre. Cuban sandwich pretty average. OK for a quick bite but was disappointed.

My wife and I ate lunch here. We both had Cuban sandwiches. Mine was very good, her's was fair (for her) to good (for me). This is a very basic sandwich place, make no doubt about it. It has only sandwich bar service and NO atmosphere.

We tried the Cuban and the spiced pork sandwiches. Both were very good but the Cuban was our favorite. Ham, spiced pork, swiss cheese, genoa salami, dill pickles, mustard & mayo dressing.

I looked up at the a/c units and could not believe my eyes...months worth of dirt and dust..right above the sandwich prep area. To top it off, the male employee taking my order had his pants hanging so low his green underwear were exposed, not a pretty sight. Clean up the restaurant, train your employees on what to wear and... More

We came here to have an authentic Cuban sandwich. The sandwich was lukewarm with low quality meat one slice of cheese and way too much mustard. The staff was very unfriendly and restaurant itself was very dirty.
