Great selection of sushi, seafood and other offerings. Fast service. Carribbean shack decor. Hogsnappers is so popular that it had to expand into another storefront next door, doubling its size and immediately filling up. If you want dinner and are not willing to wait a long, long time for a table, you must go very early or late. Ladies --... More

Our son took us after a surfing session on a Monday midday. So you get the idea that it's a joint. Surprisingly good food and service. I am told there are long waits at dinner time. No such problem at lunch time.

Great simple tiki hut islandly restaurant with creative menu that is the same for lunch as it is for dinner. Darn good and fresh. What I like best is that the Sushi Crowd is happy and so are the hamburger and beef lovers. Highly recommend the Me Love salad, varied Bento Boxes, and wraps for lunch. My chicken wrap was... More

I tried their Seafood Feast. I love seafood but did not like this. Everything seems overcooked and bland, the sauce was bland and the whole plate needed something else, like some noodle or rice. The sushi plates that I saw some other tables getting looked good, but I didn't taste them. I will give them another try.

We like going there even more now that they have expanded the dining area. You will not be dissapointed.

The menu is extensive and delicious and the atmosphere is casual and charming. Upscale indoor tiki bar. Everything I have tried is delicious. Mia lobster roll (about $20) is big enough for a meal especially if you split an appetizer (grouper tacos, avocado salad, chicken egg rolls - all yum!). Crab crusted hogsnapper is amazing and you will have leftovers.... More

I was recommended to this place because it was supposed to be family friendly. Do not come with kids. We went for a family get together, I requested hot water for my daughters bottle, but was told they have no hot water in the restaurant, there is also not changing table, toilet seat covers, high chairs or kid friendly menu.... After reading reviews and recommendations from friends, we decided to try Hogsnappers. We went for an early dinner on a Monday night, and had our choice of tables. The menu is more than adequate, and has an entire page of sushi alternatives. We ordered the salmon and were not disappointed. The portion was large, we only ate half, and took... More

Our party had fish tacos, sushi, crab crusted snapper, sesame ahi tuna, crusted tuna rolls (outstanding), and whole snapper. We thought it was some of the best seafood we've had! Entrees average $25.00 but the quality was good. Service was very good but they were not crowded on a Tuesday night.

This is a great place to eat. Food quality is top notch. Service is great. Prices are great. But, they do not take reservations! We had to wait an hour (they told us 25 minutes) but it was worth it and we can't wait to go back.
