Not only do they provide FREE wine tasting (even if you pester them tasting 20 bottles) but the wide and unique selection of wines is unmatched anywhere in the area. Friendly staff, very helpful and eager to answer any questions you might have. Much of their wine selection is not only delicious, but affordable too! Highly recommended.

Wine at the Docks offers tastings - try before you buy. We described the sort of wines we sought, but the two (very nice) ladies at the store were evidently not wine connoisseurs! So we bought wines which we knew because the tastings although generous were not up to scratch.

We have discovered a nice place to stop and rest in a relaxing atmosphere while visiting the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs, Fl. Wine on the Docks is on the west end of Dodecanese Ave. Of course, you can just stop in to buy some wine, but we recommend you stay to enjoy a glass while you are there. You... More

This was an unexpected find at the west end of Dodecanese on the Sponge Docks. The outdoor music attracted me to this cute little shop with a neon "Free Wine Tasting" sign. Attached to the retail store is a cute little bar with beer on tap, a huge selection of bottled beer and a remarkable variety of wines, for small... More

Such a cute place to sit down & have a glass or two of the best wine you can find! Also serves beer too! Have been back many times!

Enjoy wines from around the world, especially the interesting wines from Florida. My favorite is made from key limes. Free samples are always offered and there is a wide variety of wines. A new wine bar has been added to the shop, creating a relaxing environment.

What a great find! Wines from all over the world, beautifully appointed interior, personable staff. I found it a very relaxing and amiable place so spend a summer afternoon. They even have a menu of Greek appetizers to try. I'll definitely return here on my next trip to Tarpon Springs!!!

This is the type of place that the Tarpon Springs Spongedocks needed. Very classy but affordable. It's an oasis from the Summer heat and the tiring hours of shopping. I highly recommend the William Hill Cab or Chardonnay by the glass or take it home with you. Very friendly staff and also very knowledgeable of things to do in Tarpon... More
