Ordered a Oriental Salad. Chicken was undercooked and in big chuncks. Waitress didn't have a recommendation for food as she hadn't eaten from the menu. I can understand why. Food was awful!

I went here today and had their hot pastrami on rye. Okay size for the price but tasty. If you go here ask for a sample of their cow tongue. You may be surprised and like it!

Have been to a few of the TooJay's here in Florida - they are always busy. But on an early Sat evening - this place was pretty quiet. They ran out of their daily special soup and didn't have any more whitefish salad. I ordered their Greek salad (non-washed romaine lettuce) which was pretty large. Other guest ordered the pastrami... Stopped in for lunch and had matzo ball soup, knish and a turkey sandwich. Good restaurant considering that it's attached to the mall but not quite to N.Y. standards. Service was okay

This staff member was awful, I went there to do a takeout order, she told me it would take about 20-25 mins, and they did not follow my order correctly, had to return it to have them do it right, While waiting for the return, this staff person served a lady who just walked right in and gave her immediate... Each year we come to Florida and this is the fourth year we've lunched at TooJays when we've been at International Plaza - it's really a deli with a large restaurant area with excellent staff - have a good peer at the deli selections at the entrance before sitting down then order a long icy drink with a cooool beer.... Toojay's was recommended by our hotel for catering, and we were impressed with the catering. They provided an expansive catering menu with several options for all budgets. We were looking for a casual buffet style service for our 45+ wedding guests prior to our wedding cruise. We ordered the Chicken Balsamico, salad and bread. The entree came with choice of... More

This Toojay's is in an area where there are tons of terrific restaurants. But this is a deli, after all, so expect deli food. Those who are ranking on this place seem to have such high expectations. Delis usually serve sandwiches and soups. This one is no different. HUGE menu with a ton of choices. He had an egg salad... More

We took our son to see santa in the afternoon, so we decided to stop at one of the Bay Street places to eat, somewhere kid friendly. Everything in the plaza looks nice, so we didn't think we could go wrong with where ever we decided to eat. Wrong. I felt like I walked into a dated diner, it even... More

After enjoying breakfast at TooJay's in The Villages, we decided to try the Tampa location for dinner. Big mistake. In a prime location at International Plaza where restaurants are crowded every night, TooJay's was nearly empty. We should have been suspicious. The included soup was horrible. My French onion was very thin and tasteless and the other soups were equally... More
