Pretty good Cuban sandwich. It's not a cuban restaurant by the way . It's a good starting point to a night in Ybor City . Huge circle bar with also quite a bit of table seating too.

Will never eat here again. My chicken tasted like fish. Our waitress Stacey came to our table with a mouth full of food and the bathrooms were nasty.

Where better to have an authentic Cuban Sandwich than Ybor City. Great sandwich and the chips were perfectly prepared as well. Variety of import beers and mixed drinks....weak! Inside seating interesting decor but dirty. Outside seating was nice and a stage for bands at night. Our waitress was nice and attentive to our table. Now for the reason I will... More

Gaspars is a great place to visit. It is named after Jose Gaspar who invaded Tampa, and we celebrate every year with Gasparilla. The drinks are reasonably priced and food is pretty good. They are the official FSU bar, so the watch parties they have there are awesome.

So, it's New Years Eve, Outback Bowl next day, and the team bands were in town having a parade, couldn't get more crazy! So we headed to Ybor City to enter the mix and it was packed, band playing people from all over and a general level of excitement and fun. we decided to get something to eat so we... More

Visited Ybor City in the day time and decided to check this place out as it had outdoor seating and it looked like it would be a fun time. I did check out my Tripadvisor ratings and I should have listened to it. Atmosphere - A bit run down and not the cleanest place. Its mainly a bar that opens... More

Stopped for lunch and had a wonderful Cuban Sandwich on the patio. Great service, fun atmosphere. Nice option for vegetarians as they have a tasty black bean soup. Plantain nachos were good too. Ate here several years ago and it was as good then as now.

We visited on 12/7/14, unfortunately during a power outage; therefore the regular menu was not available. Since this was our first visit to Ybor City, we asked about ordering a Cuban sandwich; the server checked, and the chef was willing to make one for us if we wanted. Sunday brunch was still being offered, and a generator was being used... More
