Saturday night drinks and snacks

This is an okay place. The food is typical bar stuff and most of it is over seasoned. I would not recommend it for a dinner, however the Cuban was good. Of all the drinks I have had here, the sangria was the best. If you eat on the patio, remember dogs and kids are welcome

I just visited this pub for the first time. Enjoyed the atmosphere but it can get loud at times. The staff was great and a good selection of beers.

A happy, friendly place that would make any Pirate Proud. I stopped to meet a friend and found it to be clean and inviting. The grilled chicken Cesar was good.

Stopped in for a late lunch, so the restaurant was not terribly busy. We chose this place due to the outside seating which was enjoyable. A young man was playing guitar and singing and he was very talented; perhaps the best part of our visit. It took forever to get service, and more than once we had to ask another... More

I had always wanted to visit this area of Tampa, and finally got a welcomed chance to do so. I was armed with a travel book and saw several restaurants that seemed to be likely candidates. Much to my surprise, we stumbled upon Gaspar's Grotto. It was such a quaint place with a charming patio, but it was a bit... More

Stopped in at Gaspar's despite some lackluster reviews. Also, I sat down after a long, hot day so I had both low expectations and some impatience. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was very good and fresh. The atmosphere was lively and festive. I was there with a friend and wouldn't recommend Gaspar's for families because the crowd... More

We were in Ybor City for the Outback Bowl parade on New Years Eve. We waited for a table for seven for a while. When it was ready, a different group just sat down. The hostess did nothing. They even had a security Guard but he was no help. We were taken to a table for four out on the... More

Do not try the sangria... The cuban pork is outstanding. The flat bread huau.... Go for the drinks and the decor but grab a bite.
