For years now we have been enjoying this restaurant, the quality of The Laughing Cat is not to be surpassed. Time and time again Franco delivers an incredible meal designed to tickle your taste buds! Great restaurant in the Ybor district. As with the other reviews, food and service was outstanding. Warm fresh bread greets you and the calamari was simply fresh and outstanding. My wife had the linguini with clams and I had the Spaghettin with meatsauce/chicken/veal. Wow! You won't disappointed with this place. more
