In our quest to find local restaurants in the Tampa Bay Area, we were told about Nicko's. Ys was everything mentioned and then some for this diner. Martha, our waitress, has been working here for years and a very welcoming hostess. If you are looking for that hometown cooking, you must visit. You might have to wait for a table... More

Nikos is a small diner in Seminole Heights. Great cheap breakfast with huge portions. Don't order too much, they serve the food on big platters. Service is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is authentic 1950s diner. Check out the "Elvis Booth" where Elvis ate after a Tampa gig. Overall it's an A+. I've been here dozens of times and they... More

A really lovely diner. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The sides were a bit lack-luster but the mains were delicious. If I lived down the street it would be my local breakfast stop.

Very friendly. Hamburger and fries were excellent. Pita bread with lamb was very dry. Drooling over husband yummy burger. A lot of locals go here especially for breakfast.

If you are ever in Tampa Nickos is a must. Everything is perfect Americana Diner. Nickos own care for this gold mine has made it remain a "really cool" place to go to eat or just a cherry coke or an excellent cup of coffee. Do yourself a favor. Try this little diamond in the rough. It's a blast from... More

We ate today at Nicko's, it's a typical dinner with great choice of meals. Everything were very good and cheap ( 20$ for two). I recommand this adress.

I dined her for the first time with my daughter who goes here regularly. I had the grouper with mashed potatoes and black-eyed peas. It was tastier than I expected. My daughter had a very generous portion of chicken cordon bleu. The total cost for two of us was $20. That's cheap. The place has some cheesy Elvis memorabilia and... More

This place is home to the best breakfast in Tampa It is also very affordable and Elvis ate there, make sure you ask your server which booth Elvis sat in. Unfortunately parking is somewhat limited so make sure you get there early.
