The Cuban sandwich is what people line up for at this place, its very busy and a bit confusing to get your order right. The empanada was over priced and needed a salsa to go with it, its seems dry and boring after a few bites. The stuffed potato has the same filling as the empanada so I recommend you... More

Stuffed potato and cuban sandwich were excellent. Menu is difficult to read. Food is worth the trip.

This place is the worst, most overpriced, unprofessional place ever. Cuban is decent...but not the best I've had in town. The owner is extremely unprofessional. I've been inside and I've catered from them (multiple times). Both were disappointing. I think they just don't know how to provide good customer service. There is too much competition in town...you shouldn't bother.

I recently was at Brocato's and I had the 9" Cuban Sandwich, Deviled Crab and Spanish Bean Soup. I got there right at 11:00am and that was a good time to go because it got pretty busy for lunch. The Cuban Sandwich was AWESOME! I like mine cold, not pressed and it was the BEST I have had in Tampa!... More

For anyone who has done their homework online you will quickly see that this restaurant has climbed the ranks to be crowned one of Tampa’s “must-go-to” spots. Similarly you would have also read that the Cuban sandwich and the deviled crab are among the best things you will eat in Tampa… Buyer beware! When you approach the restaurant you’ll find... More

LONG line... WORTH THE WAIT! There's a reason they've been in business since 1948! Cuban sandwich was stuffed with ham, yummy pork, etc... Home made Devil Crab was awesome! Can't wait to go back and try their Stuffed Potato, Empanadas, and more! I'll be back SOON!!!

I asked my coworker, "do you think a stuffed potato and 9-inch Cuban will be too much food?" He says, "Nah. You love it." He was right on one thing: I loved the food. He was wrong on the other: it was too much to eat in one sitting. The potato was like a Shepherd's Pie/Twice Baked Potato/Sicilian Arancini combination.... More

If you're going to be in the Tampa area for any reason, and want a really good Cuban sandwich, make time to visit Brocato's. My wife and I ate there after touring the Cigar City Brewery, and we agreed that they served up the best Cuban we've ever had. We found the place after finding an internet article about the... More

We visited Brocato's on the strength of the reviews and we were sure happy we did! Huge Cuban sandwiches and devilled crab and all so good. You will find a a long line when you arrive but it moves fast and the wait is worth it. A shame Brocato's is an 18 hour flight away or we would be back... More

I recently stopped at Brocato's to grab a Cuban sandwich to take home to my husband. I was in town on business but know he loves their sandwiches. At order time, I told the lady at the counter I needed to have it not pressed but wrapped tightly so I could take it on the plane. Unfortunately, someone pressed it... More
