You will not be disappointed if you dine at Yoko's. The fish is amazingly fresh and the sushi chefs are the best. You must try the tuna tartar and the fresh rolls. We have not found these anywhere else and they are to die for! The prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for. The wine... more
I'm a huge fan of Japanese food, when it's prepared well. And Yoko's does a credible job on everything -- from sushi to udon to sukyaki. There's nothing especially creative on the menu, but the Japanese "family favorites" are all here, moderately priced and served with a smile. Our party had sashimi (Tuna - very fresh/good), sushi (multiple rolls - all good), and assorted tempura dishes (sweet potato appetizer was a standout). Prices were $8-10 for regular rolls, and $13-15 for the speciality rolls. If it's convenient, I would recommend it, but certainly don't go out of your way. more

Yoko has excellent sushi and service. Is lacking a bit of ambiance, but is not a expensive as the posh sushi restaurants. more

Best sushi in Tampa. (If you sit up at the sushi bar, ask about having one of your rolls done in cucumber instead of rice. It transforms the sushi into an entirely different dish.) more
