I grew up going to this bakery--it was in another location and much smaller--but the goodies never have changed-----It is a MUST if you want wonderful pastries and food. I no longer live in Tampa, but visit at least once a year and we ALWAYS go to Alessi. DON'T MISS IT!!! more

This place recieves great reviews, and upon just looking at the desserts I can see why. However, I bought some cupcakes there and they weren't very good. My advice would be to try something small there before choosing to get your wedding cake through them. more
Located in an older section of town, just west of downtown and east of the westshore area, I look for excuses to stop by at Alessi's.
