The Brunch is a Delight

Sunday brunch has been highly touted although some cited a higher price ($75 pp) than what we actually experienced ($55 pp w/o tip). We were more than satisfied with everything from food to drinks to service to view! Plentiful seafood options, a great custom pasta station, an omlet station manned... read more

During business conference at Grand Hyatt, our group of six made the trek to nearby Oyster Catchers. We did not realize this restaurant was associated with the hotel but no matter. The freshness of the dishes was apparent. Very good appetizers included calamalri and scallop cerviche. Blackened Grouper was nicely prepared. Only reservation was prices did not always match the... Restaurant is a distance from the Grand Hyatt, but there is a shuttle and on cool days, it's a nice walk from the hotel. Great food selection and very friendly service

I have been here a few times now. I have eaten the l-a-carte and the Sunday buffet and both we very good. The food is fresh the staff are friendly and the restaurant is in a great setting! If you get a chance the Sunday buffet which comes with unlimited prosecco was a real highlight. The food was amazing. With... More

Our dinner at Oystercatcher's was one of the best seafood meals we've ever had, in all of our travels around the world. Period. It started with a smiling, warm greeting from the hostess. Our server was an experienced, polite, helpful professional who helped make our dinner a memorable experience with his timing and understanding of the food options. The food... More

Lovely view and nice atmosphere. Friendly and professional staff. Sourdough bread with sweet butter and sea salt...really? Really! Delicious! Spring salad was super fresh and the grilled scallops were HUGE. Caesar salad was dressed perfectly and the grilled chicken very moist. I wish that we had not eaten a late lunch and would have been hungrier.

service is very slow. Takes a while and you end up with multiple servers who often ask you about a drink order multiple times. If you aren't in a rush and don't mind waiting a long, long time, then this is a very good restaurant.

I ate at this restaurant twice during my stay at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. Once on its outside patio and another on its couch area sitting right on the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed the seafood and great drinks. In addition, they had a really good cigar menu. Great restaurant for both outside scenic atmosphere or if you are looking... More

Our family had lunch at this restaurant pool side. Lunch was good but not great. I can see how this would be a romantic place for dinner as the view is great.

We had convention here and so far ate her twice. The menu features fresh seafood cooked to order with steaks too. I had crab cakes. Yum.. had fresh boiled shrimp and, they were huge with wonderful sauce including horseradish. Sea salt looks like gray beach sand but is wonderful. Chowder was also supreme. A little pricey but worth it. Service impeccable.... More
