when we told our friends that we were staying at the Grand Hyatt each and everyone recommended Oystercatchers! And now I can recommend it as well! The food was FRESH and delicious and the waitstaff was superb!!!!

If this is a top seafood restaurant in Tampa, then Florida is lacking for top seafood restaurants. We had lunch here while staying at the hotel and the food was good, but it sure isn't Maine.
