Friends took us there to celebrate my birthday. The owner and staff could not have been nicer to us. The service was top notch and the food was even better. Maria was a sweetheart and even kissed my old ugly mug for my birthday. The seafood pasta was DELICIOUS. We have found a very appealing ristorante to celebrate our milestones.

La Terrazzo reminds me of many little trattorias in Italy - friendly atmosphere and great food. My son-in-law had chicken Parmesan, my husband and I each had a fish special and my daughter had linguine with clams. All the seafood was very fresh. My daughter and I shared a Caprese for an appetizer and the tomatoe was very flavorful and... More

We were expecting a lot more with the high tripadvisor rating. The service was friendly, but the food was so-so. The bread was dry, the pork tenderloin unappealing. Others in our party liked the seafood pasta and the pesto pasta.

This was the best Italian food my husband and I have ever had by far! It was melt in your mouth amazing! We had the special which was tortilleni filled with mushrooms. Yum!! We also had the pasta pouches filled with cheese with bacon and onions! Both were so good as were the minestrone soup and the prosciutto and Parmesan... More

The place is tiny but the food is super rich in flavor! I had the Linguine agli Scampi and the tomato sauce was sooo good and fresh. The service is awesome, and the staff is really friendly. The ambient is rustic and really calm, yet sometimes you hear the Italian families speaking loud and happy. Excellent!

In general, I don't go out for Italian food. My stepmother has ruined me with her amazing marinara and Italian dishes and I have come to judge all Italian food by the bar that she has set. Not many places can live up to her level of cooking. La Terrazza did. When some friends picked an Italian place, I was... More

This is in the heart of ybor city. Its a very small restaurant sandwiched between a cigar shop and a kareoke bar. However unless you sit near the windows overlooking the sidewalk you would never know. The inside is quiet and quaintly decorated. The service is very personable, most of the servers are straight here from italy, as I assume... More

I've lived here in Tampa well over forty years. Some really good places have come and gone. Lucky for you, this one came and never went! All the excellent reviews here have it right---Luigi and company have it exactly on-the-money, i.e. there's just everything to appreciate about this place's service and food. Don't miss! [The Alla Vodka may not be... More

My husband and I REALLY wanted to like this place because of all the reviews. We went once a few months ago before a show and both ordered standard dishes (lasagna and chicken parm), but wished we had tried something less common. We went again last week and, while it was good, it just wasn't super awesome. The man working,... More
