This place is amazing! The food was spectacular and really cheap! We tried the pumpkin curry, ginger curry, red curry and basil curry. SO good. We also got a bag of fried sweet potatoes and bananas. The people are all so nice and the temple is gorgeous! There are a bunch of tables by the water, its beautiful. Be sure...

We were really looking forward to trying this place, especially since all of the great reviews, however in our experience we waited in a mile long traffic jam with no one directing traffic or providing direction while trying to get into the parking lot which as it turned out was already full at 10:20 AM, we were then waived to...

This is as close to Thailand as you can get w/o the 21 hr. flight. Real Thai food at great prices (all procedes benefit the temple), Peaceful, tranquil atmosphere on the river. Come early, 10am, as lines get long quickly. Everyone is welcome to enter the temple (please take off your shoes) and volunteers are happy to answer your questions....

Get there early, around 10am on a Sunday. The line for the soup is long but well worth it. The food is the next best to Thailand . The juices are good too. The location is ideal, right on the river bank. A real find in Tampa, well worth the 2 hours drive.
Recommended by a friend. Got there early (a must) and got in the soup line first. There were about 20 people in line but it moves fast. By time we left, the line was 100 deep. Don't miss the soup. Your choice of noodles & beef or pork meatballs. A delicious treat and one that will bring us back. The...

This was an amazing find. If you are in Tampa you should come here on a Sunday for their market. The market has the best Thai food I have ever had. I loved the Pumpkin Curry. This is a must have. Other favorites included the egg rolls, coconut custards and sweet bean "empanadas" (for lack of a better word).
My wife and I go to the temple nearly every Sunday with our children. The setting is beautiful and serene. The food is delicious and cheap averaging 5 - 7 dollars per dish. The beef noodle soup is delicious. The curries and rice are also good but they definitely tone the spice down so it is more palatable to a...

Wow. What an awesome find! This Thai temple holds services at 1pm on Sundays. Prior to that, starting at 10am, they get together to serve authentic Thai food as a fundraiser in seperate outdoor stalls next to the temple. Most dishes cost a $5 donation. They have curry dishes, noodle soup, summer rolls, a variety of desserts, teas, juices, etc....

only open with food vendors on sundays, it is a long wait til the end of the week. multiple food stands, all very well priced, and all with so very helpful staff and volunteers. the soup is excellent - but the wait can be prohibitive. they have expanded their curry selection: the larb gai and the pork prik king are...
