We went to eat lunch at Taverna Opa this Sunday, July 14, but found that the restaurant is now called "Fusion at Flambe". The menu looked decent, so we decided to stay. Bad decision. There was one server trying to cover the entire restaurant plus the patio. She was running ragged. She dropped off the food then took off the... More

Our overall comment is that the food was tasty, but it looked simply awful on the plate. Service was slow. We would not return.

After just visiting the aquairum in Tampa we had lunch at Opa's. We were there around 2:00pm and the place was almost empty. The food we received was a large portion and cooked perfectly. No complaints here.

This place is advertised as a hookah lounge, but we were informed they hadn't been used in weeks. We said, fine, let me have a draft beer. "Sorry, we're out of Co2." Seriously?!? The food was ok, flaming cheese was good, the muscles were small and gross. After all that, food was overpriced, but I guess that was to be... More

Right on the water, this place is a good little place for lunch. Even though they were out of hummus, which was kind of odd, the Gyros were good and so was the Eggplant spread. The Pita bread seemed to be home made fresh to order and was absolutley fantastic.

We were looking for a bite to eat before a concert at the Forum on a recent Sunday. We are not from Tampa and had no clue about restaurants in this area. The parking lot attendant gave us several options close by, one of which was restaurants in the Channel side area. It was less than a 10-minute walk and... More

We stopped there for lunch last Saturday. The Taramosalata was 1 part tarama, 6 parts cream cheese, and had a dry film on the top: truly disgusting. The waitress forgot to bring the pita bread that goes with it and we had to go inside (we were sitting outside) to get it after a long and pointless wait. The spinach... More

Had to wait to board our cruise and stopped in for a late lunch. Our waitress was very knowledgable about the menu and correct on each description. Food had great flavor and was reasonably priced. If in the area would visit again.
