Great pie!

We eat here almost every time we come in town for football games. Really, really good pizza and the folks that work here are friendly. Our teens like it, it has a college town vibe to it. Makes everyone happy in our clan!

We were delighted when Decent Pizza first opened as it was the best in town and the best we'd had in years. But an apparent recent change of ownership seems to have changed recipes and ingredients as well. Our last visit was a huge disappointment. Bad enough that we'll likely never return. The sauce has changed, the cheese was skimpy,... More

This is the only place I go for pizza in Tallahassee. It is sort of a hole in the wall, at the corner of N. Monroe and 4th Avenue I think. The sign just says "Decent" in neon. The dough is fresh, and hand-tossed right in front of you. The ingredients are creative--go for the more expensive ones like Bradley's... More

After hearing so many bad reviews on the service, still dared to venture in, just to see how bad it had gotten. When we arrived, we noted that 2 tables were occupied. Not terribly busy, perhaps we'd get our pizza fast and continue with our evening. Placed an order and stood by the counter, waiting. 60 minutes and 3 customers... More

A funky long narrow building with eat in and take out. The large pizza's are huge, you pay a bit more but it is worth it. They make their own dough will not eat others pizza. Local one of a kind business. You can buy by the slice if you want to dine in.

Got some cheese sticks with marinara and a meatsa pizza. Dang! Way better than expected and the delivery driver was courteous and fast. It did take 2 hours to get here, but that is completely acceptable considering we ordered in the first quarter of the superbowl. Definitely worth trying. If I lived here I would order once a week.

Very good pizza, sold by the pie or by the slice. Why not 5 star? Because it is a hole in the wall dive. Clean, but a dive. Other restaurants have atmosphere, this place just serves good food with a smile.

Ate a slice of pizza here with my extended family and it was up there with the best slice of pizza I have ever eaten. A large glass of cold draft PBR made it that much better. This is New York style pizza and ONE SLICE will be plenty for the biggest eater. The pizza was half again as large... More

Went here recently for lunch and noticed a hand-written note on the door indicating only the owner's name-which was female. On reflection, I vaguely remember reading that this place was owned by a male who haled from Momo's fame. Didn't think much of it until the food arrived. Crust was much thinner, loaded with cornmeal, and toppings were scant. Used... More

Went in here the other night with a buddy to grab a slice. I was feeling a little hungry so I ordered the personal pizza instead of a slice. Mistake. The slices here are enormous. Possible bigger than the personal pizza itself. Overall, it was "Decent" pizza with a good staff that was attentive. Would visit again if in the... More
