This joint does indeed seem like something from 1950's south Fla. The decor is very Florida and very casual, that's for sure! We went on a Sunday evening and had the place to ourselves. The beer/wine list is extensive so everyone should find something to satisfy. I had the grilled Mahi with cilantro rice and tomato/cuke salad, and my partner... More

This is a very casual local dive, but the freshness of the fish and polite staff make it a five star experience that is enjoyable in flip-flops and beach clothes. This place would fit right in down in the Keys. They made the best cracked conch I have ever had outside the Bahamas. Wish we had a place like this closer... More

...some of the BEST seafood in a low key "1960's feeling style Florida" type restaurant in the area. Sort of off the beaten path in a neighborhood that tourist like myself typically make that wrong turn into...turned out to be some of the best seafood I have had on this trip. Freshly lightly breaded conch was a good sized portion,... More

Went looking for a good seafood dinner and we found it! I ordered the Captains platter, had 3 types of fish and it was all good. Didn't care for the cold slaw, that is always a personal preference but would skip it next time. Hubby had the catch of the day sandwich blackened and it was good. Place is in... More

It started with the phone call to the restaurant. I asked, do you serve blue crabs? Response, of course, they are male about 5 inches tip to tip, $5.00 each minimum 3 per order, they're pretty heavy you will enjoy them! Well, a response like that, upbeat and informative, why not! The address is listed in Stuart, but it is... More

Came here after leaving Twisted Tuna bad service/high price/ warm beer there. Glad we left and came here Appetizers were also small here, expensive for what you get. Sampled beer free - nice touch as wasn't familiar with tap beer - that was nice. Appetizers good, food good, nice evening

It may be one of the best seafood restaurants in the area, but that's not saying much. I went with a group of friends and family. We had a very good dinner. Sauteed seafood platter was delicious. Crab platter for two was excellent. Soft shell crabs were a bit mushy and greasy. The conch fritters were too much fritter and... More

We have many small-medium sized restaurants in our area. We have been taking stock of the non-chain ones that we like best. Everyone's tastes are different as are opinions and expectations when you "go out for a meal." That said, if we happen to be 'crabby' when we arrive at this small restaurant, we aren't when we leave. It's a... More

A little seafood/bar restaurant near the water. We stopped here for lunch and loved it, the food the service the atmosphere was great. We can't wait until our next visit to Florida just so we can come here.
