Good Deli, actually, Excellent Deli

Friends that hail from the northeast took me here and it is, indeed, a great deli. Actually, it is more of a restaurant. We ate in and I ordered a Reuben - it was not traditional, as the meat and sauerkraut was rolled. This made for a less "gooey" sandwich than what I was craving. The cheese... read more

Dined with three others, enjoyed bowl of soup and half a corned beef sandwich. Friends had the "Killer" cake and the wonderful carrot cake! Absolutely delicious

We are pleased to hear that you like the TooJay's in Stuart. Please contact us at info@toojays.com because it does not sound from your description in your comments that you received the Reuben the way that is should be prepared. We look forward to hearing from you. -TooJay's Management More

OW!! Four of us had (actually WANTED to have dinner here) but only two could eat what was placed on the table. Two ordered pastrami sandwiches (and had to pay extra for lean) but when food arrived it looked more like the fat content from the cows belly. Pastrami SHOULD be lean. This was disgusting, not edible and certainly not... More

We sincerely apologize that you were unhappy with the meal that you were presented. Please contact TooJay's at info@toojays.com so that we may further discuss your experience. We are stunned to hear that you were charged for Lean, as this is not our policy. Pastrami, however, is typically a fatty meat and is sometimes difficult to serve lean. We look... More

This is our second Christmas we ate here! Just wonderful food and loads of choices. The sandwiches are loaded with meat! The chili was out of this world! So good! No reservations but our wait was no longer then 15 minutes. We had six people in our group so we waited a little longer for a table but never a... More

Today my girlfriend and I went to Toojay's to dine. We had The Nova and she had the Pick 2. I asked for a water with a splash of lemonade, I understand that beverages cost money. I only drank one beverage and was never asked if I wanted another, I also never got offered a Togo cup. The ONLY reason... More

Perfect Deli. Large selection, Fresh and tasty. I had fresh cut nova, cream cheese and bagel. My wife had cheese blintzes with classic cherry topping. Fantastic. Everything looked good. Can not wait to return. Lori and Jerry

A very popular local lunch hot spot for American deli food. The place gets packed for lunch with the "senior" crowd so get there before to 12:30 midday or after 2:00 pm to avoid the wait. Has excellent salads and sandwichs and always offers service with a smile from the friendly waitressess! Also great for takeway...

Locals swamp this place mostly for lunch. Serving portions are somewhat small but tasty. However, it misses the mark on what should be excellent authentic Jewish deli fare. Of course the service is great, and the menu quite large, it is just average to us. We tried the Stuffed Cabbage but it was soggy and was tasteless. Maybe we had... More

Great place for out of the norm food like pot roast, meat loaf, pastrami, etc. I personally always get the chili and either a cobb or chopped salad. Very generous portions. The rye bread is superb.
