Everything is excellent- feels upscale without the upscale attitude. You won't be disappointed. Get their before 5 p.m. or make a reservation............ JJ

We have been to the Riverview Cafe (used to be Mahoney's) several times and always have good service and excellent food. Make a reservation because even on a Wednesday night in Oct it was packed! Our first table was a tiny little table pushed into a corner by the brick wall so we opted to eat at the bar. What... More

We recently dined as a couple on a moderately busy Monday night with mostly other couples in the restaurant. Service was excellent with just the right amount of attention and helpfulness regarding recommendations. Everything (mussels and fried oyster apps, crab cake and hogfish entrees and a shared key lime pie desert) was presented nicely and tasty. Limited table seating (there... More

What a great dinner! The atmosphere is casual and relaxed with a modicum of class. I'm not sure I'd classify this as a romantic place, but it's more than comfortable. We hadn't made reservations and so had to sit at a high top--not my favorite but it's what was available. The bread arrived first and it was served warm with... More

On a recent visit to old town, Stuart, Fl, we decided to walk from our hotel to a local restaurant. It was raining so we ducked into the closest place, which happened to be the Riverwalk Cafe. What a lucky happenstance. We loved everything this restaurant. The space itself reminded me of a cozy, neighborhood restaurant in New England -... More

Visited twice. Clean nice atmosphere. Had the oyster special the first time and on the return visit I had a Kobe cheeseburger. The burger was huge and outstanding. Service was friendly and attentive. Review the menu on line, some items are expensive but it is a treat that is worth the money.

Went here for a casual date night dinner recently. Had the ahi natchos which were AMAZING, the summer salad and the apricot duck. Everything was delicious. Dinner is pricey (entrees start at $20), lunch is more reasonable. Service was excellent. Will be back for sure

We had friends visiting us who wanted to see Stuart and have a bite to eat. We went to our go to place Riverwalk Cafe. As usual the food and service were outstanding. Everything is fresh and made to order and has a great wine list. Standouts were the seafood chowder and the fried oysters and ample salads. We highly... More

We have had the fried oysters at Riverwalk several times. What a delight they are. We have eaten fried oysters at a number of restaurants on the Treasure Coast and without question this is the place for them. We loved their sweet potato fries that come with the regular order as well. We can't get past the oysters but everything... More
