Same tourist food

This restaurant serves the same old tourist food. If you are hungry it is there but it is nothing worth raving about.

Had the coconut shrimp. Gulf coast shrimp seemed to be as big as a hot dog. Plentiful servings. Worth the time and travel to get there.

After a friendly neighbor let us dock our boat at his house (restaurant on the water doesn't have a dock, especially at low tide), the trip got even better. The staff was amazing, food was delicious, and the locals welcoming and gave us a history lesson on the area and filled us in on the "secret" places! After 2 hours... More

We stopped to eat here on our way to Clearwater, FL. The view was soooo worth it! The food was excellent. I did feel like it was very expensive, though.

I had a broiled seafood platter with 8 shrimp, 8 oysters, 60 or more small scallops, a deviled crab and a small broiled flounder. It was all perfectly broiled and yummy. I also had a trip to their salad bar which was also very good with many homemade pasta a salad choices. My wife was also very happy with her... More

We visited Roy's at sunset, definitely the place to watch it from. Had great drinks on their back deck with a great view.

If you purchase a dish, wine or drink and are not happy with the quality, the owner will taste it and tell you it is fine. You must then pay for the dish or drink regardless of being able to eat or drink it. The owner is happy to prepare you a new dish or drink, but you will pay... More

Be aware that on this day ( memorial day 5-25-15)or perhaps during any holidays prices are from the dinner menu all day. I dont feel comfortable with this practice. Our group came from Ocala for lunch arriving around 1pm. Food quality is pending. I just order.
