We had friends from So FL recommend this "watering hole" so we decided to try it last night. We sat at an outside table just as the music began. I will say, my cucumber martini was excellent. My chowder was okay and the appetizer plate of gorgonzola cheese with artichoke and mushroom was good but rich. My wife's crab cake... More

I always look when we are in a new area for lemon drop martinis. One of our favs. This place was all over the internet as having the best in the area so after dinner we were off. It was a rainy evening and one other table of about six was seated on the patio. We like to sit outside... More

I enjoyed the Mushroom and Artichoke Gorg. I had never had a Gorg before, but the bartender recommended it. My wife had a Cuban bowl (Black beans and Rice) and enjoyed it as well. The drinks were also tasty.

So the week between Christmas and New Years is a busy time in Siesta Key Village. We went on a Tuesday night at 6pm prior to crowds hitting the place. We sat outside and waited for menus and some service. Once we were waited on we placed our drink order and waited. Finally the drinks arrived and we ordered our... More

Peter, Thank you so much for the detailed review which is missing important facts that two staff members and kitchen staff got sick with the flu that has been filling our hospitals for the past two month. Facts like that don't obviously concern you because that's not what you were looking for from your point but from mine I’d rather... More

We were there two days after Christmas. Although it was a busy evening, the food and the service were both great. The mussels are cooked in a wonderful sauce. I ordered them over a side of pasta. The buffalo shrimp sliders with blue cheese sauce are definitely worth the calories. Their house wines from Chile are reasonably priced and very... More

The staff here really make this an enjoyable place. They go out of their way to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. Five of us (felt like 6 with our fun bartender) went at 5:15PM for some pre-Christmas Martinis. Happy Hour is 4:00PM - 6:00PM with a break on drink prices. My husband and I visit our family... More

Based on the very good food, I would have given this restaurant a higher rating. But, the service was terrible. We were seated quickly, without a reservation, then everything went downhill. We were given water by a bus person and were told our server would be with us shortly. She came and we ordered wine and a cocktail. The glass... More

Great find in Siesta Key village. A friend and I went there for dinner and both of us loved the experience. I had the pomegranate martini; she had the mojito. Both were excellent. We listened to a great musician while waiting for our dinner. He was excellent. The owner came by to greet us. Nice lady. She made the chocolate... More

From the second I walked in I knew this place was something special, the atmosphere is totally unique. I loved all of the original artwork, especially the stained glass pieces in the entry way. I was sat almost immediately, and served a beautiful martini within the first 5 minutes of being there. I would recommend the Key Lime Martini to... More
