A hidden secret.

Don't be turned off by the purple building! This place is a happening! You must order their Cuban Black Bean Soup with Pulled Pork on top! Seriously..to die for...a fun menu...very low key...worth the visit.

I am very pleased to say that Blasé Cafe and neighboring Pi are two of the hidden gems on Siesta Key. One could make an entire night out of bouncing back to each establishment, starting with a burger and martini at Blase and ending with some breadsticks and beer at Pi. Maybe even an old fashioned at Blase somewhere in... More

The Blasé Café is a quirky, fun restaurant at the end of the village with imaginative drinks, creative food and entertainment a step above the rest of the village. My husband and I go here every time we visit Siesta Key for a least drinks and are never disappointed. The inside is small but there is a large outside area... More

We went with a group for drinks. It's a popular meeting place. Great variety of drink recommendations and they will make anything you want.

On our recent stay in SK, we went here each evening for the 4-6 happy hour, during which their amazing martinis are just $5. The bartenders are very friendly and entertaining. The inside has a very cool, eclectic atmosphere with lots of neat artwork on the walls. On the weekends, there is usually live music outside. You're bound to make... More

We travel from Glasgow, Scotland to Siesta Key and our first stop on arrival after a quick shower is the Blase Cafe, this has been annually for about 7 years now. The 6 oz. filet is wonderful and the atmosphere after travelling from the UK ideal to sit outside and eat and just chill

Had burgers which were much smaller than the buns. Slow service considering it was not a busy night. On the plus side, food was served hot, fries were crispy. The outside entertainment was good and people seemed to be relaxed and enjoying themselves.

Went here for happy hour to try the famous Martina's and we're not disappointed. Started with chocolate martini, then key lime martini. Sister had the ruby red martini. All were deliciuous and half price for happy hour. A few of the guys had well drinks which were 2 for 1. Tried the crab cake stack and steak gorgonzola which were... More

My husband and I went here on a Thursday night- LOVED the live band that plays each Thursday, a great reason to come here in itself. We sat outside, it was crowded and a little loud with the music so if that's not your thing you may want to sit inside but I loved it. We got mussels as an... More

We had a great dinner at the Bijou Cafe but wanted a late night drinking place. Our friend in Fort Lauderdale used to live in Sarasota, this was his main 'hangout'. He promised the best Martinis ever, and they delivered! Let's see, Victoria had the Ruby Red first and deemed it "great", next she tried the Lemon Drop concoction, "excellent"... More
