This place has been around with the same owners for about 20 or more years. Food and service is fantastic. I go there often. Great breakfast.

We made this our go to spot for breakfast each morning! Enjoyed the patio dining. Very good food and the serving staff are friendly and attentive. They really have a great variety of breakfast entrees, a bit stingy with the grits, but the homefries are awesome. You can tell they use jumbo eggs. Go hungry if you want their omelettes.... More

Friendly waitstaff, fair prices, and really fast service. If you're in Siesta Key and are looking for a good breakfast in a nice diner atmosphere, this is the place. Food is really filling - one pancake and a side of homefries was all I needed.

This restaurant is nineteen years old and I have never had a bad meal. The food is reasonably priced, very tasty, quick service, family owned, extremely clean, and the friendliness is like family.

Pleasant location on a corner opposite the gazebo in the centre of the village. Seated immediately, outside and served attentively by friendly staff. The food took about 20 minutes to revue but hey, who's rushing? ;) Lovely eggs benedict and bacon/home fries. We'll be back.

We recently stayed on Siesta Key for 10 days. Found the Village Cafe and became a "regular" for the rest of our stay. The single pancake is HUGE, very tasty and very filling. Added blueberries one day and bananas another. The waffle was also excellent. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the grits . . . yum, yum. The owner... More

We were Broken Egg groupies, but now that it closed we tried the Village Cafe and are glad we did.We sat outside during a beautiful morning and enjoyed a great breakfast. We both had omelets that were perfect.A little bit of a wait but I;M sure that is because of their popularity and excellent service. If your in town try this place.

We always use the Village Cafe for our first breakfast after arriving from the UK. Best Breakfast in Siesta Key! Huge selection, great value and really friendly staff. Fabulous Eggs Benedict.

Good lunch food. Really fun to sit outside at breakfast during the Market days or Art Fair days and watch the festivities.

Forget the Broken Egg and all the other breakfast places on Siesta Key- the Village Cafe has them all beat. That's why locals flock there. Great food and service at a reasonable price. Always make it a point to stop there at least once when we're down in the area
