My wife and I saw this restaurant from the road and stopped in. Not only was the food excellent but the people were friendly and the service excellent. The food was awesome. We were very pleased!

We hesitated eating here due to some reviews on TripAdvisor and we actually pleasantly surprised by the solid quality of the food. This restaurant has a nice setting on the water and offers live music on the weekend. My husband said the grouper was excellent and son-in-law enjoyed the oysters. The menu is varied from seafood entrees to salads to... More

Across the water from our condo. You can park nearby and walk to the restaurant It was great sitting outside watching the water and the boats and the cars crossing onto Siesta Key The food is average - nachos, ribs, burgers, fish etc, We went for the atmosphere and not the food The kids enjoyed being outside and exploring the... We ate here on our first night on Siesta Key...it was close to our condo and on the water. We each had fish and chips which were over cooked and rubbery. Overall a disappointment with lackluster service. It was nice being on the water but that was about it.

This was one of our first sights when we arrived in Siesta Key, We stayed down the road over the bridge on the key, anywho, it was a good, not great... dinner, they had good entertainment value for what it was worth and the view is nice as well... but overall it was a good atmosphere for our first dinner... If your looking for a place on the water to enjoy the scenery this is the place to go. We did enjoy our dinner, but it was average. I had the seafood pasta with schrimp and scallops. The sauce was very good, however I think they used the smallest scallops I have ever seen. Service was okay, i had to... More

We visited this restaurant a year ago and I wrote an excellent review of it due to the enjoyable evening we had there listening to the lite jazz group on a Tuesday, watching water activities out the windows and having good service along with the food and drinks. I looked forward to repeating this experience when we went there last... More

Our first time staying on Siesta Key. We stayed at the South end which is where the Boatyard is located. We only noticed it by accident but it was within walking distance (over the bridge) from our condo. We went for lunch, great table by the window with good views. Wife had a key lime colada drink which was really... More

Quick late night supper. We ordered 1/2 lb pell and eat shrimp cold and two angus burgers. The shrimp was excellent. Fresh and de-veined. The burgers were very good and the service too. The wait staff seemed eager to please, when we asked for tobasco, bar tender dropped what she was doing to get me a unopened bottle. We took... More

I visited with my friends as the views looked amazing over the causeway and we thought and hoped the food would be the same. My friend and I opted for a light lunch and ordered a crab and shrimp salad. To our disgust and amazement the Prawns were frozen, the crab meat was served in clumps almost like it had... More
