Quality service, excellent atmosphere, fantastic menu choices just overall great restaurant!

My wife and I never had authentic Peruvian (Spanish) food. The choices on the menu just challenge you to satisfy your taste buds with these choices. The manager or owner makes the salads as you watch, very delicious!! Try the Banana dessert, you will be extremely happy.

I must have had a unique experience compared to some of these other reviewers. Slow service with a frump staff. Not a great restaurant, especially if you put it up against Selva downtown.

We've been coming here for years. Javiers is almost family. Geat, friendly service. Javier and his wife are almost always on premise and the food is consistently good. Try the scallops and house salad with peas and amazing feta dressing, and hand made bananas foster. Their fish us fresh and well executed. Great date night destination.

I enjoy the Peruvian food but the treat of Javier making a wonderful Ceaser salad and bananas foster for dessert makes the meal even better.

Very good food, good service and wine selection. Peruvian food, a little spicy. Meat on the ribs fell off the bone. Seafood Puteria was delicious. We split a Key lime trifle - very very good. The Sangria was also excellent. Also 20% off before 6:00!

We thoroughly enjoyed Javier's Restaurant and Wine Bar. The Waiter was very polite and attentive. The Organic Tikal Malbec was delightful! Our dinners were superb!!! Make sure you call and make a reservation as this is a very popular restaurant.

Javiers is a little gem hidden away in a strip mall. The food was delicious and the service was great! We will definitely go back! As an added bonus there was 20% off our tab because we were seated before 5:45!

I think is a disservice to call it a Peruvian restaurant. They don't have many of the Peruvian staples, including Papa a la Huaicaina. Service is slow and the portions small. There are other options that are better. The place is crammed with tables too close

We enjoyed the Peruvian food. I had an unusal fish and it was terrific, and loved all the food. There was, however, an uptightness and tiredness in owner and staff. I think they just opened on Sundays and perhaps were not happy about that, --just a guess-but it didn't effect the food or nice environment there. I would go again

The host (Javier) was very welcoming and friendly especially when we told him we had just returned from Peru. Dinner was very good especially if you like it spicy. There were six of us and we all agreed that dinner was very good. Only wine though and we missed cocktails. Service was fine and the whole experience was enjoyable. I... More
