Our server was very helpful with our food choices and all of the servers we saw seemed very helpful, even helping someone that was having a problem with the steps, get down them safely. The location is a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy your meal outside.

It is a nice quiet location away from all the activity. It gets a lot of reviews as an older hangout, but it has a very good happy hour. It is located right near turtle beach, so I'd definitely recommend dropping in for a bite and/or drink before/after a stand-up paddle or kayak session. It has a nice waterfront location... More

We started with an order of mussels and Bang Bang Shrimp both were very good but wish there were more of them. For our entre we chose Ahi Tuna, Stuffed Flounder, Crab Cake with seared scallops and fried combo all were good with the flounder being the favorite of the table. Service could have been a little better but we... More

We've been here for both lunch & dinner and lunch is the better choice. If you sit outside you're right on the intra coastal waterway which provides for nice and somewhat unique dining in Sarasota. The lunch menu provides better choices than the dinner menu.

This restaurant is tired and old, much like its patrons. While the service we received was prompt and professional, our meals were sterile and greasy like the microwaves in which they were undoubtedly heated. Carnival Cruise Lines offers better food in their dinning rooms than here, and at more reasonable prices. I would advice anyone under 50 with working tastebuds... More

A nod to Jimmy Buffett....Went here for lunch, which turned out great--had mahi with mango sauce, coconut shrimp, potato-crusted haddock, clam chowder, and a couple cold beers. Sat at an outside table, which was perfect. Our waitress was taking care of a busload of seniors inside, but managed to come and take good care of us. Meals were reasonable but... More

The food was good but we waited over an HR for our food. There was nine of us and we changed our seats from outside to in. But we ordered with the same waiter. WE went for lunch and nothing special about the order. But over an HR is not acceptable.

Great atmosphere! Try to eat outside by the dock/bay. It's especially beautiful at night. The food is delicious and the staff very friendly. We ate there twice while on vacation.

Ate here 10 years ago when Jimmy owned the restaurant. It was much better then. I was disappointed this trip as I found the food very average. The ambiance was still good and has not changed much. Key Lime pie was great but it's great anywhere down here. I had the Halibut and it was mediocre. Our service was good... More
