Homer's is a local favorite because you can fill up at a very economical price. Since it is a buffet some dishes are better than others. The fried chicken is excellent as is the fish. Food was better than expected. Good variety of veggies. But the place definitely needs some rehab. Staff is friendly, and the place is laid out well. Lobby rug stinks, so it's a bit off-putting when you first enter the place.

First off its not a delicatessen it's an all you can eat cafeteria. A cross between Barnhills and a high school cafeteria. But it's pretty good for $9 a person! Salad bar has anything you could ask for. Croutons are awesome! Fried chicken was good. Sides; Cole slaw, cabbage, Mac n cheese, onion rings, corn (canned) were all good. Only... More

We make it a point to visit Homer's frequently when we are in Sebring. Very good selection, always replenished so fresh and very tasty. Good mixture of hot and cold entries. Many dessert choices.

I used to go here with my family every once in a while but EVERY time I went there, I got sick. REALLY sick! This restaurant has received several dozen health code violations and was even listed on Channel 10's "Terrible 10: Restaurants with the most CRITICAL violations", with a whopping 25 CRITICAL violations. That was in 2012. Since then,... More

staff was very friendly yet the moment you walk in you will notice everything is VERY outdated and dusty..pay before sitting down , you pick where you would like to sit and even get your own drinks (I didn't mind this one bit) but the food was bad...not much to pick from but a few "classic" meals, my plate was... The price is right, but the food is pretty bad. The whole place is stinky and you get the feeling that the carpets and chairs , etc. haven't been cleaned since day one.
