We've been going for a few years. More frequently when located in Sebastian, but occasionally pass through Wabasso to have dinner. Definitely try the duck wings....crispy and delicious. Of course the half of duck and cowboy ribeye are favorites. Haven't had a bad meal yet.

Wow, I can't say enough about this place, from the service perspective to the owner's interaction with the patrons to the chef's incredibly diverse menu, everything was excellent. My family has just moved to Vero Beach and my wife, son and I went in for dinner on Tuesday night. One of their regular items is duck wings which we ordered... More

My friend and I stopped here for dinner. We were skeptical because the outside decor was not impressive, and the inside could have used a make-over. We started by sharing an appetizer of calamari. Then I had their crab cakes, while my friend had grouper. It was tasty, and we were able to take some home along with some key... More

No frills "yummy" food.....salmon, short-ribs, scallops, mac & cheese, etc...all created by Chef Scott with flavor combinations that create unforgettable delights! I sometimes have cravings in the middle of the night for his short-ribs....a little awkward for my wife! Staff is great....Brenda, the bartender, is simply amazing with choices of wines and beers to compliment your every bite!

Some items on menu, not available. An app, bowl of steamers, told it was big enough to share, was a dozen little necks, a bowl? Upside the broth was delicious. Braised short ribs, still fatty with bits of veg in the juice plus boiled new potatoes, undercooked., the bbq salmon over spinach was cooked to perfection, the highlight of the... More

My husband and have dined twice at the Chill & Grill in the last 6 weeks! Brenda is a great bartender and takes very good care of you. We had the goat cheese bruschetta, which is outstanding! My husband had the brisket meal, served with homemade mac n cheese, and collard greens, and I had the brisket sandwich. Both are... More

We have eaten at Chill & Grill twice and have enjoyed not just the friendly atmosphere but also the surprisingly original menu. We just didn't expect to find on a nearly deserted part of Hwy 1 such an original experience. Kudos to staff and chef.

A little out of the way and very small inside but the food was good! Seating is very limited and they don't take reservations so plan accordingly. The only issue I had was our table was near the entrance so with the door opening constantly, it was very warm at our table. Our group of 4 all enjoyed our meals... More

Two couples out for a Saturday night. Our first time and we really loved it. Had to wait for a table as they don't take reservations and the place is quite small, but well worth the wait. the seared tuna salad was good, the baby back ribs were fall off the bone with an excellent sauce, the shrimp and grits,...
