FANTASTIC family meal!!

My family of 5 ate there on our first night in Seagrove Beach. We LOVED it! The grouper sandwich was delicious, the fried shrimp were perfect, and the shrimp & grits were also very good. This is a no-frills, come as you are kind of place. The dining room is tucked into the back of the store. It is... read more

The place is a bit "rustic"- but the fried Grouper sand is a must! Been getting them Every summer for 5years! (My husband likes the blackened Grouper) it's always full- that's a good sign!

Ate lunch here after a recommendation from a friend. Did not disappoint! Great little souvenir shop in the front - hidden cafe is in the back - in business for a long time, so you know it must be good! Fried shrimp and grouper were delicious. Very friendly owner and employees. Seemed to be a popular spot for the locals,... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Seagrove! The service is always good and the food is incredible! I love the shrimp po-boy! And the hush puppies are delicious! I've sat both inside and out. And the t-shirt shop is great. Shop while you wait!!

We went to the MarketCafe' one day for lunch. We were greeted right away. We ordered and helped ourselves to the drinks and a seat. We had the grilled and the fried grouper po boys. The grilled can definitely be messy, but it's fall apart tender and tasty! But I have so say I liked the fried better. The batter... More

Very kid friendly and the food was out of this world!! We liked it so much we ate here 4 times 😳 during our week in seagrove. The grouper po'boy, grouper sandwich and shrimp tacos were worth the rave reviews but the shrimp and grits was the star of the show for our family. Simple, fresh, high quality ingredients prepared... This café was awesome. Can't really tell its a café from the outside. There is like a little store in front and the restaurant in the back. We went in, ordered our food, food came rather quickly - tasted great - portion size to the cost is great. We liked it so much we purchased the seasoning before leaving to... More

This unassuming place looks like a small store - and it is, but has a restaurant in the back. Packed on a week night we had to wait a few minutes and things were a bit frazzled at first, but we got a seat quickly and had a pleasant waiter who was a college student. Asked a question if they... Every time we vacation in the area, we always make it a point to grab lunch at the MarketCafe. The Grouper sandwich or plate is the way to go.

The fried shrimp and fried fish is still pretty fresh and very good but all else is well below the bottom. The fries were miserable and the half dollar size container of Cole slaw was so dry I had to add ketchup just to swallow it. The most distressing feature however, was in the restroom. There hung a big sign... More
