Great Food , but not cheap...

Had the porterhouse pork chop, large enough for two. My wife had the salmon which she said was excellent. We had the Calamari appetizer, it was to die for, could have eaten a second one. One desert to share, a pineapple up side down cake...outstanding. With two glasses of wine and two non... read more

My friend and I went here for a cooking demonstration/lesson and lunch. This was a special event and the first time either of us has been to Roy's. The demonstration was interesting and they did provide a nice hand out with the menu and recipes, but this was definitely not a beginners cooking lesson, much more advances. That being said,... Everything was perfect. We had shrimp, chicken skewer appetizers, salad, butterfish, shrimp, salmon. Mini chocolate lava cakes for dessert. We were part of a large group and the servers were professional and patient. We Loved it!

A unique Hawaiin fusion restaurant with wonderful ambiance and free valet parking. My favorite is the butterfish but they do not do anything badly. We have eaten at the ones in Orlando and Honolulu and never disappointed. Pricing reasonable for the quality. We went for birthdays this te and received a free key lime desert which was delicious.

As has become our tradition, we dined at Roy's for our anniversary. It seems that each year it gets better. The service was fantastic, thank you Patrick. We arrived a few minutes early to enjoy a Hawaiian Martini in the bar and then were seated at a perfect table. Happy anniversary greetings from all who stopped by our table including... More

The service was excellent at Roy's! From the friendly bartender to the highly trained waitstaff, it was clear that we were in for a wonderful dining experience. My appetizer of lobster potstickers were amazing with enough to share. The wedge salad was a make your own style plate with yummy add ons. My filet minion was cooked exactly to my... More

Went to Happy hour and enjoyed their Szechuan Spiced Pork Ribs immensely but not their Lump crab fried rice. Way too salty! Too bad because the ingredients looked delicious but I couldn't eat it.... and I LOVE salt! Do try the Hawaiian Martini! It really brought me back to the Islands! Will be back but will request a lower salt... More

If you love top-grade sushi and a nice cocktail, Roy's is the place. Dining is great, but sit at the bar to enjoy a relaxed time with great bartenders. We had our 1st date here in '12 and always return for a great night! I highly recommend the Lakanilau Roll and anything Ahi... Oh, and the Hawaiian Martinis with Vodka... More

I would like to start out saying that we had our wedding reception at Roy's in Las Vegas and it was beautiful. Our dinner at the Sarasota location on December 18 was another story. I ordered a $28 appetizer "canoe" which consisted of a large plate with 8 terrible items on it. The tenderloin skewer was completely raw and I... More
