First of all, this was probably one of the best salads I've ever had! The grilled chicken salad was very delicious and had a great mixture of fruit in it. My mom and I both had it and really enjoyed it. Although they had a great activity book for kids, they were not that great after it. We asked for... More

This is still the best place for dancing on the weekends. Always a live band along with a very alive crowd! Lucky if you can get a seat at the bar on Friday and Saturday night and better to get a table and watch or join the fun. The dance floor gets packed so if you sit at a table... More

Wife and have lunch here about once a week. The food is fairly dependable...salads are fresh, the turkey wrap is good and the pressed Cuban is quite good. But the service is very unpredicatble. On the most recent occassion the young lady at the hostes area should not be given a position to greet customers...forget the pierced nose...sloppy dress...should was... More

What a great outdoor venue. So much fun to see all the people in the neighborhood gather and many bring their dogs. It's a great place to meet friends and new friends. Definitely order the bruschetta. The best ever. Aaron was a fantastic server.

My wife and I, along with some visiting friends, decided to stop here for dinner after spending the better part of the afternoon in Downtown Sarasota. We chose to eat outside since the weather was warm and the sunset had just set. Everything from drinks and appetizers to salad and main course was very good. All four of us thoroughly... More

the waiter was really friendly and the atmosphere was fun. the food was good but it was the outdoor environment that really made this place stand out. it's right downtown on the corner and there are people coming and going. we signed up for the points club (spend $ and get points towards gift certificates at Mattisons) but have never... My boyfriend and I were visiting my parents who were in Sarasota for the winter and we did some research and decided to try Mattison's. We made reservations on a Friday night and were very glad we did! (I highly recommend making reservations anywhere you are heading in downtown Sarasota, even day-of, because these places get packed, every day of... More
