Good Seafood - While on St. Armand's

We usually go to the Columbia for lunch when we are in Sarasota shopping on St. Armand's, but on Sunday we decided to have seafood and Tommy Bahama seemed like as good a choice as any. It was very good. I suggest asking for seating upstairs as it is a bit quieter than the downstairs where the bar... read more

Don't let a little sticker shock keep you away from this wonderful place. $30 Entrees, yes. Worth every penny, absolutely. We had the crab cake appetizer. WOW. So much flavor. The grilled swordfish and macadamia crusted snapper were incredible. The goat cheese risotto was the best side dish I have ever had, EVER. Everything was perfectly prepped and executed to... More

We shopped for a few hours through the circle. Tommy Bahamas was the right choice. Very balanced menu for seafood and non seafood eaters like our family. We had salads, crab cakes, mahi tacos, filet minion, and he coconut crusted goat cheese flatbread. Wow. Justin was our server and he did make the meal fun.

The service was terrific, the food was delicious and our overall experience was better than we expected. We are pretty discerning restaurant people, and Tommy Bahamas delivered and then some. BRAVO

Have walked by this restaurant many times. Finally came in for lunch. The dining room is quite large with two levels. We chose the second which offered a nice view. I selected the All American Burger and my wife ordered the Grilled Chicken and Mango Salad. The burger was very good but what one would expect. The salad was excellent!... More

Wonderful food, great atmosphere. Casual yet elegant. Right up there with the best 5 stars. Really enjoyed our dinner there, and the patio is quite relaxing while others are strolling the sidewalks below.

We ate at Tommy Bahama's restaurant for my Mom's birthday lunch. She got the fish tacos which were scrumptious. I ate the tuna burger which was good. It's a little pricy so if you are searching for something more economical choose Crab and Fin.

Food was just average with lunch being better but they have a nice drink list and comfortable bar. Limited outdoor seating. Decent service.

We visited Tommy Bahama for cocktails and appetizers. Sat on the balcony upstairs with a great view for people watching. Though we didn't order a meal we did order some cocktails and they were delicious (personal favorite was the Cucumber Smash-yum!). I would recommend the red, white and blue salad, grilled shrimp cobb salad and the macadamia goat cheese salad... More
