Whenever in Sarasota we always jump over to St. Arman's and dine at least once at Tommy Bahama's. Although an extremely busy Friday night (fully booked) we sat at the bar and Doug, Dan and Cheryl were just great. As busy as they were they still gave us the attention we desired and wonderful service. I had the coconut crusted... More

Omg!!! Our first visit and won't be our last. Everything was amazing. Our server Krystal was awesome. Had some great recommendations. I loved the chicken tortilla soup. Best I have ever tried. The scallop sliders are delightful. Perfectly made...the atmosphere is fabulous. Great staff all around.

We have gone to Tommy Bahama's several times over the past month to enjoy a cocktail on the upstairs bar patio. Happy hour has discounted drinks and the basil lemonade martini is very very good.

We go here every spring break. Love it every time. It is a favorite for our kids as well. We have never been disappointed. The bread and butter is awesome. The raw tuna avocado appetizer is soooo good. I always order the Thai shrimp and scallops. Two of my kids ordered the fish sandwich but I had a bite. It... More

Two couples and two bad meals. We sent back the Pad Thai. Food was greasy & salty. Service was average. I wouldn't recommend when there are so many other options in Sarasota.

I really thought I wouldn't like this place but got a reservation on a busy night and decided to give it a try. So glad we did - really enjoyed everything! From the cocktails to the delicious specials, to the yummy pineapple dessert - the food was attractive, delectable and nothing less than excellent. Received great service from the very... More

My husband and I were in Sarasota for the Sarasota half marathon and we had dinner here. The food and service was excellent. I had the Mango chicken salad and my husband had the Ahi tuna salad and we had the coconut shrimp all of it was great. The music was just the right volume to hear in the background... More

My recent dinner at Tommy Bahama's wasn't great. I've been eating there for many years when visiting the Sarasota/Longboat Key area. Really, I think you go in for the name. Our food was pretty good but nothing special for the price. The atmosphere is very nice and they did have a really good singer/guitar player the evening we were there... More

Extensive menu of very tempting selections. The jerk chicken sandwich as huge, tasty and enough for 2 meals. The other meals had by the others (3) in our group were all quite good, as was the service. However, the noisiness of the restaurant detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
