First time

I am glad I went with someone who has been there before because I needed the extra small information about how long the process takes... but a good night and will be back for dessert.

This is a celebratory dinner spot for us. Family of 4 kids 10 and 8. We do three courses. Cheddar, Mojo, and flaming turtle for dessert. Forget the salad. Who orders the salad? Seriously why is salad on the menu? Lee was our server. She was prompt, friendly, and helpful with selections and quantities. Informed we could do separate pots... More

Once again they've changed the menu . . . no more wisconsin cheese fondue which was my favorite. Last time they removed the mushroom salad. I also ordered the wrong entree. My best advice if going is to make sure you have at least 2 burners or you will get ripped off as they charge for 4 cheeses but even... More

My husband and I have been coming here for 20 years (since the previous location) and it is still one of our favorite places for special occasions. Now our teenage daughter loves it as well. You can plan on spending a couple of hours for a meal, but that's part of why we enjoy it. It's quiet with no televisions,... More

What can I say, fondue me.... a little cheese here, a little meat there, and a chocolate swirl everywhere... This place was wonderful. The last time I had fondue was back in 1998 - I will be ensuring I go a little more often when I get back home. The service was like having my own concierge/butler standing right next... More

I took my mom and 2 kids (ages 14 & 8) for dinner. We did cheese, entree, and chocolate courses. (There is a kids menu even though you can't see it online. Its smaller portions of the grownup meals.) We were there 2 hours. We loved the food and had a great time cooking it with one another. I knew... More

The Melting Pot is one of my favorite restaurants! We come here for every special occasion. Not only do I love the cheese and chocolate, bu I also love the entrees. The martini selection is great and they even have a happy hour, which is amazing! The staff and the managers are all very sweet and take great care of... More

I am french and spend time every year in the Alps, where the cheese fondue is a traditional dish (and one of my favorites...) I was anxious to taste the Melting pot cheese fondue as I was afraid to be disappointed. I chose the Alpine fondue, and it was VERY good! I must say that I was highly surprised -... More

Our family went here thinking our kids would enjoy the fondue experience and they sure did. We tried the basic cheddar for starters along with a caesar salad, both were great. Then we tried an assortment of meats which were filet mignon, duck, chicken, sirloin, and chicken along with some really tasty ravioli. For dessert we all enjoyed the turtle... More
