It's like you die and go to heaven

Best chicken ever.we split half their famous chicken. Try it and you will love it. Try their peanut butter cream pie. You might wait a while for available table but it is worth it also not very expensive.

I grew up in Amish country in Northern Indiana so I've wanted to try this place for quite a while. I was a bit disappointed. Most of the food on the menu isn't really all that "Amish." The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth the wait in line and the piece of pie was good but it wasn't worth... More

Every time I go to Yoder's there is a line out the door but it is worth the wait. I found it best to order to-go to save time and eat at one of their outdoor tables. Like every other review I must recommend the fried chicken, it is the best I ever had. The pies are also delicious and... More

One of Sarasota's best local Amish restaurants. Homey atmosphere with friendly waiters. Ample servings.

My wife and I have eaten at Yoders many times, usually for breakfast and we are never disappointed. From the moment you walk in everything is first class. The service is always great and the food is delicious. If you have not eaten at Yoders you are missing out on a real treat.

Delicious home cooked food and the pie is the best in town. Friendly staff and welcoming environment.

We went for chicken dinner. Quantities were fairly large but the food we found bland and ordinary. This was not fancy or unique. Food was "like mom made". I go out for something different. This was not.

OK, everyone knows Yoders is famous for their pies... Yep, nobody will say any different, but Before you get yourself a slice, you deserve to eat a great meal. Get the chicken dinner... Fried, BBC or Baked!

When I first moved to Sarasota, I was told about Yoder's. I fell in love with their food but the peanut butter pie is to die for. If you want order out you can. Get there early for Thanksgiving Day orders that you're picking up. The line was super long and took a while, but the deserts were great and... More

Staff was friendly. The whole place was kind of sad & depressing tho. Felt kind of dingy & not very clean. Food was horrible, sweet potato nor fried chicken had ANY flavor whatsoever. The butterscotch & rhubarb pie were both tasty. We won't eat here again but I would consider getting pie to go at the window.
