Great bar with good food

Pub 32 reflects its Irish roots in decor and in spirit. If you like great whiskies, this is your spot in Sarasota. The bar area can be lively and fun with excellent bartenders who know their whiskey. The dining area carries out the Irish Pub theme and is pleasant. Food is top notch with the... read more

This is the local Irish beer pub in Sarasota. Family owned and operated you are welcomed and immediately notice the regulars rule here. The welcoming feeling and homey pub vibe make this a great spot to catch a meal, meet locals, and hear some Irish music. The Monday night Whiskey free-tastings are a learning gem for those of us that... More

Stopped in for music and Irish food. Music was great and so was the Shepherd's Pie. Used to ground beef, but enjoyed the braised beef. Pleasant experience. Glad to have an Irish pub with music close by. Service was excellent. Will return.

I was really looking forward to trying this place as I had heard so many good comments about it. Went for lunch on a Sat afternoon. I left disappointed and kind of shaking my head. Don't get me wrong, the food was good. Lunch order of fish and chips (one pc of fish and the chips were fantastic) and a... More

Great spot thanks to other people for their comments we have been their 3 times on Sundays between 6 to 9 a great old Irish Pub session, just like home. I must say the Pints of the Black stuff were very tasty and pour enough of it that it they were fresh. The food was also good had the Shepard's... More

It's been a year since I last visited Pub 32. I figured I would give it another try for Fish & Chips on a Friday night. Bobby Vescey was entertaining again and was the highlight of the visit. My wife had the Shepard's Pie and was disappointed that is was made with shredded braised beef, instead of ground beef. My... More

We went because they have a free whiskey tasting on Monday nights and it was fun. We got the Shepard' Pie, fish and chips, and beef stew. The food was good but the stew and pie weren't hot, not cold just not hot. The fish and chips were very good with the homemade fries. Good assortment of local, tap beer.... More

We had dinner here this week. The space is uninspired & did not remind me a bit of any Irish pub I;d ever been in while in Ireland. The Shepherds pie was delicious. The sticky toffee pudding also delicious, the fish n chips were very good, but one small piece of fish. In Sarasota in January to find a restaurant... More

Suzanne was working- very friendly! My only negative comment and reason for not 5 stars was the smaller serving size bit maybe that was because of lunch. My mom is gluten free and there were not a ton of choices for her, so she had the seared fish sandwich minus the bread. Although very tasty, the piece of fish was... More

This could not have been a happier accident. Learned today that my mother of 89 have moved into a stage of infirmity that is likely to end her life sooner than I'd prepared to accept. I stopped into this Pub right at 7pm on a Monday night. It looked like there was a sturdy crowd inside and sure there was.... More
