First of all - I'm Irish. Too often "Irish" pubs are that in name only. They don't really offer an authentic, old-country menu. This place DOES! The bar is the real deal - not only do they have Guinness on tap but they know how to pour it. And how about this Killarney favorite - pickle shots with whisky (lots... More

Having just been to Ireland late in the Summer, I was missing Irish pubs and decided to have a friend meet me for "a pint" at Pub 32 on a Monday after work. I'd never been to this pub and was anxious to check it out after having read some good reviews about it on Tripadvisor. My friend and I... More

We visited with three other couples on a Monday night. The food was excellent, with several non-traditional pub dishes. I had the grilled Mahi-Mahi over fresh asparagus, my wife the Black and Blue salad with chicken, my brother a fantastic BBQ rib plate and the others more traditional dishes Shepard's Pie and Beef Stews. Monday nights, the whiskey distributor visits... More

Guinness perfectly poured what more could you want. The food is great and well prepared. Do try the Ruben fritters during happy hour.

We had the fish and chips at the bar on a weekday night. The atmosphere was great in the bar. Friendly service and nice crowd of people from all walks of life. Very comfortable and inviting. The food was excellent and we are looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu during our stay here in Sarasota. The... More

The short menu focuses on Traditional Irish dishes. My wife and I both chose the fish and chips, which was OK but not outstanding. Great selection of Irish beers. At 5:30 on a weekday, we were almost alone in this huge, cavern-like space. Service from an English waitress was fast and friendly.

We went out for movie and a dinner ("Gone Girl" - 5 stars by the way) and Pub 32 Irish was close to the theater so we thought we'd give it a try. It rates surprisingly high in Tripadvisor for the dinner we had so we were a little disappointed that our expectations were not met. This being a Saturday... More

We decided to go to Pub 32 Irish Gastropub because of ratings on tripadvisor. We decided on the small order of fish and chips plus soda bread (something you don't find everywhere). We also had two adult beverages - one beer; one wine. The fish were excellent as was the soda bread. French fries were average. Service was superb and... More

If you haven't been here - you MUST go. Every time my husband and I are in Sarasota, we go to Pub 32 for their amazing food, drinks and service. The owners are straight from Ireland themselves and the friendliest people around. The food is incredible!!!!!!!!! Absolutely amazing. You have to get the soda bread and the scallops. They also...
