This old fashioned, family owned coffee and ice cream shop is located in Captain Curt's Village a few hundred yards south of the Stickney point (south bridge). It is beside the bike and kayak rental shop. They are super friendly and have a gourmet coffee bar, 24 flavors of hand churned, homemade ice cream. It is my favorite local coffee shop! I've never left disappointed.

Creamy Ice Cream!

Have to have the Caramel Sea Salt!! Made with real cream-- We were allowed to sample as many flavors as we wanted. Plus the woman who waited on us couldn't be more helpful as far as giving other "rainy day" suggestions. if you like ice cream, I mean real creamy ice cream in many different, unusual... read more

My family enjoyed all of the flavors as samples are free! The quality was exceptional! The owner was so friendly and made great suggestions of local things to do too. The toasted coconut is my favorite!

We travel to southwest Florida each winter and frequently visit our favorite ice cream shop. We especially enjoy their toasted coconut ice cream.

We love ice cream and friends had told us to try this place while we were here. We took their advice and fell in love...hands down best ice cream we have had anywhere.Kentucky Honey Bourbon is amazing,.Carmel Sea Salt,Raspberry, and Key Lime pie are all just so full of flavor. Orange Octopus has ruined all other ice creams for me. I don't know what they put in this stuff, but it's simply delicious. I do know that it is hand made each morning and ice cream doesn't get any better! Ooey Gooey Brownie is my favorite with Salted Carmel in close second. Every time we come to Siesta we have... More

My friend and I found this ice cream shop after leaving the beach and we were so impressed. I had the chocolate chip cookie dough and it was perfection. The pieces inside the ice cream were very generous and the flavor was impeccable. I sampled the cotton candy which was also delectable. The people in the store were very friendly.... More

Homemade ice cream is rare these days! Great variety here. Friendly service and helpful suggestions for other tourist sites. The only disappointment was the root beer contained high fructose corn syrup. Old fashioned root beer floats would not contain that unhealthy ingredient.

This was my second visit to the OO. Every flavor we tried was delicious and creamy. The sea salt caramel was my favorite. If you are on this end of the Key this is a must stop!!

Hands down the best ice cream I've ever had! Not just in Sarasota, but EVER! Their ice cream is hand made each morning and simply delicious. I've tried flavors I was expecting not to like and enjoyed them. Ooey Gooey Brownie and Salted Caramel are my favorites. We've tried other ice cream shops in and around Siesta Key, but none... More
