Whether you're local or visiting you won't be disappointed with this charming cafe located in the historic Burns Court district of downtown Sarasota. Owners are wonderful, food is amazing, nothing crazy fancy, just simple elegant fresh selections. Deserts are truly special! Don't miss out. It's the perfect place to relax for lunch or just enjoy a beverage & maybe a... More

My husband was fishing for the afternoon so I stopped here to kill some time before a movie at Burns Court Cinema. It was a great choice. The place is in an artsy section ("few streets" I guess I should clarify) of downtown Sarasota and the cafe itself is a nice, quaint French Quarter type cafe. I had coffee and... More

Went to the Wine Bar section of the restaurant with boyfriend and another couple for light bites and to listen to music. They have live jazz on Wednesdays. Sat at the bar in the back and had a great time. Ari, the owner, is so pleasant and accommodating. He has a great selection of wines and is very knowledgeable. His... More

We were visiting Sarasota and met a friend here for lunch on her suggestion. It was the ideal place to meet, have a sandwich, nice glass of wine and great conversation. The sandwiches were very tasty and enjoyed with a nice glass of wine. As we hadn't seen one another in several years we had a rather long conversation, but... More

This is a great little wine bar restaurant! Nice wine selection. Great tapas . Portions are small however great place to meet up with friends and they do not rush you to clear the table

We stopped at the Wine Ba for a drink and some Tapas before going to a movie. What a charming little place! Reminds me of the coffee houses in Harvard Square in the '60's. The little appetizers were nicely presented and of good quality. The atmosphere is warm and the service friendly and casual. Not a fast paced place.. a... More

Went here during dinner hours to the wine bar area on advice of a friend. I ordered the mahi mahi, which was listed under their dinner menu and was $12. What I received was an appetizer sized plate of what looked like table scraps off of someone else's plate. Seriously. There were some little cubes of overcooked fish and a... More

Really! If I need to pay almost $10.00 for a sandwich, I would certainly like to have some contents between the bread! We all enjoyed our sandwiches but the lack of food was very disappointing!!

Vegetarian pannini had paper-thin sliced tomatoes, a little cheese, a smidgeon of olive tapenade. All for the bargin price of 8+ dollars. Delicious bread but nothing in-between. It doesn't need to be the Carnegie Deli but you should find something inside! Ice tea had no tea....so disappointed because previous reviews did not describe the lunch we had today.
