We have eaten at Simons 1/2 doz times due to the fresh quality of food. This was the 1 st time we were truly disappointed by the service ( not the food). They usually serve a PC of bread with the salads which I had asked for gluten free. No problem just an up charge of .50 . So when... More

One of those cafes that makes you feel you're doing your bit for the planet by eating here. That aside, the food is good, fresh, and mostly organic. Get's very crowded in season at lunch time -- expect to wait. Also open for dinner, but haven't tried that.

The food is outstanding and so is the service. It's a great place to go with a mix of friends when some want vegetarian/vegan and some don't. The Santa Fe sandwich--available as a panini I or a wrap--is delicious. They roast their own turkey and put lots of it in. My husband said it was one of the best wraps... More

I have been to Simon's numerous times, always for lunch. I tried several of their menu choices, and several of their smoothies. It is all good. Lots of locals know the place, and when I came in with friends who were still unfamiliar with Simon's, they also became regulars. We no longer live in Sarasota, but whenever I go back,... More

My Sisters live on Siesta Key and this is one of the family favorites for healthy, fun eating. I had the Black Bean burger and Split Pea soup. Moe had the Chicken Salad and loves it there along with a piece of dense freshly made bread. She was very happy. The food here is hearty, delicious and served by Lisa our... More

This very popular midday eatery has a lot of good things to tantalize all tastes, but especially vegetarians. The soups are wonderful (the jerk fish soup is outstanding) and the burgers and salads are delicious.

In a shabby strip mall, on a heavily trafficked road, located twixt an adult fun store and an empty store front, stands this outstanding temple to innovative fast food, the menu for which favours vegetarian or vegan recipes (but not exclusively so). I would say that it is a Floridian best kept secret, but the lunchtime hordes which descend on... More

We first stopped at Simon’s Coffee House a year ago when we were vacationing in Siesta Key. We went back a week ago and Simon’s continues to be a great breakfast and lunch café. We are plant-based eaters and Simon’s always has many items on their menu we can eat. Everything we ordered tasted very good. Service is friendly and... More

Simon's is one of those things that make Sarasota such a good place to live. The food is always of great quality. The service is friendly and attentive. The only negative I can think of is you'll probably have to get on line for a table. Give this place a try!

First and foremost the people that run this place are extremely easy going and accommodating. They allowed me to place a Carry Out order 10 mins to close and still allowed me to sit down at the counter and eat it even after I showed up at 4:08( they close at 4:00). I ordered the black bean burger on a... More
