We went to check it out as our friend had raved about their coffee (bagged) she gets there. I had The Boston small pizza and it did not have much flavor for having pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. My husband ordered the Sausage Parmasean and he was pleased with the size and kick it had. Over all an average because pizza... More

Just enjoyed the best Neapolitan pizza at GOODFELLAS - 1/2 cheese and 1/2 homemade sausage, thin, crispy with sweet sauce. Our waitress, Katie was so friendly and thoughtful. The owner, Frank came to chat with us, sharing stories about his culinary career. We are from Cape Cod and he grew up in the North End of Boston, and traveled extensively... More

Goodfellas is the best Italian restaurant in Sarasota. I cannot say enough about it. The homemade pasta is perfectly al dente....gooey, chewy and slightly different every time I eat it. It is wonderous to never know what to expect but always be more than pleased. I have been going to Goodfellas with my family for years and will continue to... More

This was one of the worst meals I have ever had. Ordered the Mozzarela and Tomato Panini. There was hardly any cheese on the sandwich. Mostly bread. Interestingly the table next to ours complained that there was not any cheese in their dish?Asked the waitress to add cheese and when the bill came an additional $1.25 was added for extra... More

I normally order pizza to go but decided to dine in this time, what a treat! The primavera pizza hot out of the oven was, hands down, the BEST PIZZA I've ever had. I tried their cannoli and it was all I could do to not lick the plate clean. It's worth mentioning that they let you mix your own... More

Our family ate at Goodfellas on 2/22/15. For several of us it was the first time. I ordered a meatball sub which was excellent. Everyone else really enjoyed what they ordered. Our waitress Dallys was very friendly and efficient. When in the area on vacation in the future we will certainly make Goodfellas one of our to do stops.

We've stopped a few times when in Sarasota with my parents and my kids. Everyone loves the pizza. Very friendly staff. Authentic "Boston" pizza and home-made wine.

Just ate here today for the first time with the family and am blown away. I grew up with my grandmothers Italian cooking and this place took me back. Excellent food, great staff and great value. We had homemade pizza, noodles and wine. Doesn't get much better than this my friends. Owner was very friendly and accomadating. They do it... More

We came here for lunch during a swim meet, with three hungry swimmers preparing for finals (and their equally hungry parents). The food was fresh and delicious, the service was unmatched. Highly recommend! We will be back.
